Excellent service, High Quality!. When I was looking at engagement rings, I stopped into Sea Wave Diamonds, and I am so glad I did! They have beautiful pieces, and they can help you create anything because they do all of their work themselves. The atmosphere is both friendly and professional, which makes shopping for expensive items a little less anxiety provoking. My fiance went back there to purchase and further design my ring, and it came out absolutely beautiful! When it came time to shop for wedding bands we knew exactly where to go, and we couldn't be happier with the result! They will work with whatever your price point is and tell you honestly what your options are. I love this place and would recommend Sea Wave to everyone!

ALEX, and other staff were patient, unintrusive, and helpful above and beyond...

Jewelry:

The variety of loose diamonds, estate, and fine jewelry is unbeatable.

Atmosphere:

Quiet, respectful, private, comforting, welcoming, and refined.

Price:

Prices are great because they're more than reasonable.

Overall:

Lovely confections. I just hope SEA WAVE DIAMONDS doesn't change; their jewelry, service, and price, all make them shine above the rest.

My Big Day. I was familiar with the quality and price of the product at Sea Wave. So when it was time for me to get engaged, it was only natural that I would pay them a visit. My fiancé and I headed out to buy the perfect ring, and I told her that we would find it at Sea Wave. She was more concerned with getting a good deal and told me that "No matter how much we like the rings, we still have to bargain for a great deal." Once she saw the merchandise, she was sold. We had a side-bar and the deal was done. It took us less than fifteen minutes to settle on what we wanted. When we picked up the rings, mine was too big. I went back about three times to have it adjusted, and each time it was done without charge or worry. I promised Alex that he would see me soon, and I went back and got a necklace to present to my fiancé on our wedding day. The best part is that her ring appraised for almost double what we paid for it. The only downfall is now I am going to keep going back. Who doesn't like a good deal?

Diamond District NYC. One of my favorite jewelry stores SEA Wave Diamonds was just renovated, so the store feels much bigger and much lighter.

I love every single one of them - I’ve come here on quite a few occasions looking for very special very specific things and Sea Wave Diamonds really helped tremendously.

My dad and I wanted to get a diamond necklace for my mom, and we knew what she wanted and how we pictured it, we just couldn’t find it ANYWHERE. The other jewelers just sighed and offered us something else, like a nice big engagement ring, which was awkward given that I was with my DAD!!! Sea Wave Diamonds saved us - they figured out exactly what we needed, and special-ordered the damn thing, so we picked it up at the store one week later! The necklace was absolutely beautiful, and the whole process was completely stress free!

Horrible Customer Service. I can't even give SEA Wave one star. We purchased our wedding rings there. After only three weeks of wearing a pave diamond band, one of the diamonds came out after "light wear" - basically wearing my wedding ring to work and that's it, where I don't work with my hands or do anything strenous. It was a hassle to have the diamond fixed, took forever, I had to pay for shipping and they acted like it was my fault the diamond came out so soon - unbelieable.

After getting the diamond wedding band back, I noticed that part of the white gold near where the diamond was replaced looked off and was dented in from where they did the work. When I called to discuss getting it fixed, Alex made excuses for why it took them so long to fix my ring and why it wasn't inspected prior to being sent back to me. He started screaming at me saying I did something to the ring which is why the diamond came out - yeah right after such a short time there was no reason for it. He said I should just return the ring if I am unhappy with it. He refused to fix the ring and was extremely negative and insulting. Needless to say I have an imperfect wedding ring but don't want to and don't feel I should have to buy a new diamond band. I def. DO NOT recommend buying something so important like an engagement ring or diamond wedding band from this horrible establishment.

Exciting Outting! =). I decided to go to the New York City's diamond district in hopes of finding the perfect diamond wedding band for my fiance`. Sea Wave DIamonds caught my attention, because durring my internet searches, Sea Wave continuously had the best reviews! I knew exactly what i was looking for, and Emil gave me just that. The wedding band is gorgeous! The diamonds are GIA certified! My experience could not have been better!

Loved My Ring!. When me and my boyfriend went to NYC Diamond District we lost count of the amount of stores there were. I was only interested in Sea Wave Diamonds so headed straight there. Based on the research that i made beforehand Sea Wave Diamonds had the best reviews online so i had no hesitation entering the store. The staff were soooo helpful. They were very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Alex was helping my boyfriend and I, and even remembered my boyfriend from a trip he had made 6 moths earlier.

I got a GIA certified diamond ring. It was well worth the price.

poor service and unprofesstional. I got my ring last week and it's too loose for me. I went back to resize it. Sea Wave Diamonds charged me $250 which the most of the store will do it for free. It's my first time buying ring I don't really know how to choose the right size. They didn't help at first and argue with me afterward. I will not recommend Sea Wave Diamond for the customer especially the first time buyer. I bought my engagement ring from "David So Diamond", they have much better service. "Do not recommend" Sea wave diamonds.
