worst haircut ever. after reading the numerous good reviews i took a chance and wanted to try a new salon... big mistake.... my hair was shoulder length and very dry on the ends - and hadn't been cut for 3 1/2 months - i booked an appointment with audi who looked at my hair - i told her i wanted long layers as layers make my hair look too thin-she assured me she knows just how to cut the layers - i walked out of there with SHORT layers - and a short haircut which is very flat and thin.... i don't recommend this salon -

Horrible color and service, and charged WAY more than quoted. My Appt was with Liz this past weekend. I went in with a picture of EXACTLY how I wanted my color. Not only did I show her the picture, but I also described what I wanted.

After making several comments about my choice of color, (I should have left then,) she went ahead and did exactly what i did not want.

For some reason, knowing that color stains (esp the dark colors,) she did not put the preventive cream (wax?) on my face. Her sloppy job left my face partially black and my shirt ruined.

After the color, I had an appt for a blow-out with someone else. I was really looking forward to having my hair look great that night. Because of all the hair dye all over me however, I had to take a scrubbing shower when I got home... which of course ruined my blow-dry. Not that it mattered all that much, because the blow dry looked way worse than what I could have done myself.

After all that, they charged me $300 instead of the $160 they had quoted me. Because they "had to use extra color" ... apparently the going rate of a bottle of hair dye is $140 these days.

I would never go back there again and I really don't recommend you do either.

Highly Disappointed. I went in and asked Lindsey for a 1 inch trim and LONG layers, telling her that when I've gotten short layers in the past, they made me look like a triangle head. I have hair that's very easy to manage and cut (straight, Indian hair) and did not think it would be a problem. Apparently, she was in a rush to get back to coloring one of her other clients and ended up washing, cutting and styling in 45 minutes, leaving me with SHORT layers. She cut my hair EXACTLY how I asked her not too. She did not even communicate with me throughout the cut, asking "is this length good?" etc. Needless to say, I was greatly disappointed and will not be returning to the salon.
