A little pricey. The food was ok. Thought the prices were a little hight for pasta. It must be the NY rents that make places charge so much.
Good food, not good service. Been here a few times, as I live in the neighborhood. The food is pretty good, but I always get the same waiter who has an attitude. He didn't tell us about the special soup. When I asked of there was another soup besides what was on the menu, he then told me it was lentil soup. I asked what else was in it, but he didn't know and just said it was creamy. Creamy lentil soup? When I said I'd pass, he seemed annoyed that I didn't order an appetizer, though I did have a glass of wine. My friend did get an appetizer but no wine, and again, he seemed annoyed. Her salad came with the dressing on it, even though she asked for it on the side. Besides taking our order, the waiter did nothing else. He didn't serve the food, check to see if we were enjoying it, or clear the food. Another waiter brought the dessert menu. Bad attitude and sub-par service would definitely makes me not want to return. Too bad - I live across the street!…
horrible restrauant!!!. i don"t recommend this place because the waiter took away my dessert before while i was eating it. And the owner asked us to hurry up and eat and that he needed the table for the next customers while my friends and i were still eating!!!!…
The best italian food on Broadway. I visited Luce twice this summer with my friends. Every time, we enjoyed eating black linguini, homemade ravioli and drinking very good italian vine. Service was very good too, waiters and menagers were very friendly every time.…
