I am a caretaker of an elderly man. Akiva Paratransit was recommend to us, and he couldn't be happier! Akiva has courteous staff members, the drivers are reliable and safe. The entire team put your needs first.

I've used Akiva to transport my grandmother around NYC. Since she has gotten ill it was almost impossible for her to get around the city. This is when we began using ambulate services but unfortunately most of them are expensive and concentrate of doctor offices instead of their customers.
I found Akiva to be a refreshing change. Everything from prices to their attention to detail was superb to say the least. I especially would like to highlight a specific driver, his name is Vadim, my grandmother can't stop talking about his professionalism and care.
