Complete water damage rug cleaning in 48 hours.. We had a water damage caused by a broken pipe and our living room area rug got soaked with water. The silk rug started to smell within one day and I knew we had to clean it as fast as possible. We called up Eco Carpet Service and they promised us that they will restore the rug within 48 hours. Promise kept. They brought it back dry without any sign of stains or smell. Nicely done!

Thank you for the work done on our rug.. Our rug was inherited from our parents. It used to look pink with blue, red and a few different colors. Once time passed the colors started to look faded and the overall color was grey. We decided finally to clean the area rug after many years of just vacuuming it. Once, the technician arrived he told us that the rug will look a shade lighter after the cleaning. When we got our rug back it was three to four shades lighter. I could almost not recognize the rug anymore it was that different. All the colors were bright again. Amazing! Since than, we cleaned most of our rugs with Eco Carpet Service and we plan on using them for years to come. Thank you again.

These guys are just nice to deal with.. We bought our house back in 05' and never had our carpets cleaned. First we called Eco Carpet to set up an appointment for a free in home estimate. The technician arrived on time, very nice young gentlemen, measured all of our 16 rooms and then gave us a verbal and written quote. A few days later we called them back to book a date for the actual cleaning. Everything went smooth. On the cleaning day, the technicians arrived again on time and started cleaning right away. They were very efficient and even managed to remove a nasty coffee stain that was lodged in the carpet forever. We liked the fact that they brought with them the air dryers for the carpet. By the time they finished most of the carpet was almost dry. Now that is what I call a great carpet cleaning company. Did I mention that they did not charge us anything extra for the drying? Plus to top it off they also gave us a few pairs of plastic overshoes.

Consistent cleaning year after year.. This is the second time we used your services and we are very satisfied. First time Eco Carpet Service cleaned a wall to wall carpet and now they picked up our living room area rug. Your technician always shows up on time, and the cleaning is always consistent. Next time I will clean my leather sofa and maybe a few dinning chairs. All the best and see you next time.

Very helpful company.. So here is how it all started. One week ago my toilet backed up and it flooded my entire bedroom and hallway. On the floor I had one silk rug and one white flokati rug that got completely soaked with nasty toilet water. Anyways, they picked up my rugs the same day and within 48 hours they brought back my rugs not only visibly cleaner but dry and with a nice scent. I'm very happy I found this company online.

Worry-free service from this company!. After all the holidays were over, we decided it was time to clean our blue silk rug. They did a fantastic job, most stains are gone, but most of all the rug looks and feels clean. Nicely done!

Respect, Professionalism, Speed and Great Cleaning Quality.. Originally I called a different carpet cleaning company to have my carpet and couch cleaned. After they did not show up for the appointment I thought I would be stranded with such short notice. Eco Carpet Service came within two hours and managed to make my carpet look brand new. The stains were gone and the carpet looked white again.

The main benefit was that the technician had the utmost respect and professionalism and was nice to top it all off. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Just a very smooth cleaning experience for my whole family.. I wanted to take a minute to express how happy I am with your rug cleaning service. My sister referred me to you several months ago and I finally called. I didn't realize that there would be such a difference in my area rugs! I have had my rugs cleaned before and they never looked this good. You also cleaned my couch and chair and they also look like new again. I will continue to refer new clients to you.
