I received this treatment from Zita last week. Still thinking about it every day since. WOW! I went in with some serious trouble with my back and when I came out I was ready to go back to my normal activity without any shooting pain. Not only is Zita 6 years of experience immediately apparent even while she explains what one might anticipate during and after the session, this gentle, soft spoken yet powerful lady really comes through with the bodywork. She took me right to the edge of what my body could handle time after time throughout the session without going overboard and bruising me. I felt thought she was tapped into my brain a time or two as well as she traced though areas of tension with great precision. I advise you to make appointment with Zita if you are having back trouble. This method is quite effective for opening up the spine and reducing the debilitating muscle tension.

My First Massage My Best Massage

Zita was amazing I wasn't a massage person before in fact I used to hate them, I thought they hurt weren't relaxing

I got this service as a gift and I didn't want to waste it so my friend forced me to go with her. When I did I was nervous but within a few minutes they put me at ease and though at first I was a little tense I became sooo much better after a few minutes. When I left I couldn't believe it. I was hooked and now I have another appointment scheduled

Magical!!!

After a very stressful day at work, I decided to treat myself to a relaxing massage. Zita's is just what the doctor ordered. Only walking distance from Penn Station. I was quite impressed by the facilities. In just a few minutes I could feel the stress and tension melting away. I literally felt years younger after only 30 minutes. And i can't say enough about Zita's knowledge and professionalism. The best money i ever spent!!!

One of the best professional massages in NYC

I had some issues with my lower back. Zita had the experience to work on the right areas of the back that relaxed the muscles that were causing the pain.

Knows her buisness

Since it is baseball playoff time and as a former major league ballplayer let me use the baseball terminology grandslam. My last 4 visits with Zita were also outstanding. Her dedication to her profession is unquenchable. She told me she was studying and asked me a few questions that made me think as a Physical Therapist. She truly wants to be the best she can be to her clients. A star soon to be a superstar. Good Luck Zita!
