Tips for Sojourn Restaurant

I keep coming back here. I went for brunch this past Sunday and it was equally as good as the dinner I had the other night. Everywhere I go for brunch I get Eggs Benedict and this time I ordered Sojourn Benedict with potato chorizo on a baguette... so delicious! Mimosa's were fabulous too. Can't wait to go back again. Hmmm what will I have next time?

WAY TOO UNCOMFORTABLY HOT and worse, full of posers who know the management and who linger around acting like jacka--es and harassing the female clientele incessently, something enabled by their chauvenist management buddies - disgusting and irritating. Unfortunate, as the food is good.

Amazing!. I came here for dinner with my boyfriend for our two year and it was amazing! The staff was very welcoming and the service was fast. They made sure our experience there was very good. The food is very delicious and highly recommend the duck spring rolls!! I fell in love with them and made my boyfriend take us back. They have a variety of things to choose from in the menu which is great! I see myself coming back more often!

More than just a wine bar. Sojourn infuses much needed downtown energy into the often misunderstood UES. I've been here a few times now and every time had a great experience. The owner is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about wine. They have fun cocktails and a great dinner menu that often shift with the seasons. The duck spring rolls and crispy and delicious. The croquetes are savory but a bit heavy. Their sliders and pasta are the perfect entrees. And the cheesecake is light and the perfect ending to your meal. All the platters are on the smaller side, which is perfect for sharing and better for those wanting to sample more of the menu. The bar is hopping and great for people watching. The back space is more intimate but also has a communal table for making new friends. Came here for a glass of wine, and keep coming back for the vibe and food.

Knowledgeable Staff and Great Wine. This place definitely has a downtown feel. The wine, atmosphere, and friendly staff set it apart from other UES wine bars. My only complaint it that's it's also more expensive and the food portions are small. But the great taste and staff make it worth it.

Amazing Restaurant!. I love sojourn! I'm not on the Upper East Side much, but when I am, I'm always in the mood for Sojourn. No matter what kind of cuisine i'm in the mood for, Sojourn has something for me. They have the best variety of dishes, all authentic to their region of origin. The restaurant has a beautiful interior as well. I highly reccommend for people who love trying new things.

I love this place. I was in the UES the other night and needed a place to eat. I walked past Sojourn and decided to give it a shot. I am so happy I did because the food was delicious!! It was such an enjoyable meal!! My boyfriend and I split the Manchego croquettes and the Ricotta and Swiss ravioli. We loved both dishes and I don't think there was one crumb left on our plates! We are definitely going to make the trip back to the UES to come back!!!
