The Best Attorney. Daniel Gershburg is the terrific lawyer. He did absolutely great job on my case that involved very complicated real estate issue of terminating the lease and getting back large amount of money that was paid in advance. Daniel was able to resolve this matter in a couple of days in the contrast to other lawyers I spoke before I found him, who said that they would not be able to help me with this case. Daniel is very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and confident in what he does. He was able to terminate my lease and get my money back. Daniel is the very kind and nice person. Daniel and his assistant Danielle always responded on my phone calls and emails very fast. I highly recommend Daniel to everybody why needs an attorney and I always will contact him when I need any legal service. He is the rare type of the lawyer who makes you feel calm and confident that you are in good hands when you go through difficult and stressful time with the legal issues.

Fantastic attorney. Daniel recently helped my husband and I close on our first home. He was straightforward, knowledgable and responsive throughout the whole stressful homebuying process. Great sense of humor too. Daniel went completely above and beyond in helping us with some unusual title issues. All in all, we can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks again Daniel!

Best of the Best...... I loved the quick no nonsense what you see is what you get (view you tube video) assistance I received. No fuss, no hassle to the point service and affordable. My questions were answered clearly and I felt comfortable with the friendly service I received. Professional and Smart Bankruptcy Attorney. Trolling through the web vulnerably, looking for Bankruptcy lawyers who don't look like fly-by-night, NYC scumbags is a daunting task. However, my search ended with a bit of optimism: Gershburg. I came into the Bankruptcy process with great deal of trepidation, but a consultation with Daniel put me immediately at ease. I handed him a retainer with confidence, and he delivered as I expected. I can't imagine a better bankruptcy experience. Daniel is extremely professional and made the "Meeting of the Creditors" as pleasant as it could've possibly been. In addition, he was the best dressed lawyer in the room, and that means something, at least to me. Stop looking and give Gershburg a call.

Capable level headed and pragmatic -- highly recommended!. Daniel Gershburg recently supported us through both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. He demonstrated terrific command over the process (both transactions were a bit tricky... our sale involved a "particular" Coop Board, and our purchase involved a new reno that still had an open DOB job...), served as a strong advocate, was consistently accessible without making us feel like we were "on the clock", and above all, maintained a pragmatic "non-lawyery" approach... HIGHLY recommended. As an added bonus Daniel is a very likeable guy and it has been a pleasure getting to know him.

Daniel Gershburg, Highly Recommended. I just purchased a new construction condo in North Brooklyn and used Daniel Gershburg as my Attorney. Daniel was very professional and very knowledgeable about the entire process. When I had some minor issues with the seller he mediated and quickly resolved them. Daniel is very tech savvy and was quick to reply to emails and answered calls on his mobile in the evening hours. He has an excellent personality and it was a pleasure to have his services. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great Attorney. Daniel is one of the best Attorneys out there, by far. Daniel helped me and my fiance obtain a home that took about a year to complete, due to a probate issue. We encountered major issues throughout the whole process, no thanks to the selling party. Daniel showed great patience, allowing us to finally seal the deal. I would not only use his service again, but also recomend him to family and friends.

Great Attorney!. Daniel had helped us with a condo purchase. It was our third purchase, but this time things were not going smoothly. Great attorney!. I visited Daniel Gershburg's office seeking advice for a terrifying and potentially embarrassing problem on my credit report. It was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Mr. Gershburg did an excellent job of explaining my options and helped me (relatively) quickly resolve the situation. He is informative, professional, and clearly loves practicing law. My husband and I look forward to working with him when we purchase our first home this year.

* I also appreciate Mr. Gershburg's ease with modern technology. He runs a near paperless practive, and we saved a tree or two by emailing scanned documents instead of sending faxes or letters.
