Alex knows his stuff and delivers on his commitments.

My laptop recently died; he not only backed up the hard drive. he also suggested creating a disk image to enable total recovery of all data and applications.

Alex is patient, understanding; and does not talk down to you. He explains what he can do, and he does it -- on time and at a reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

The Only Competent , Honest and Reliable Computer Repair Shop In NYC!!!!!!

I had a surprisingly exceptional experience with BNYTECH. I usually encounter companies who are completely baffled about my computer issues and who offer little or no results. This Particular issue was a complete breakdown in my laptop and I was so afraid of losing all of my data because I hadn't backed up my files. I called up mentioned my dilema and spoke with with Alex who put me at ease and mentioned to me he would arrange a free pick up within a 2hr span. I was impressed at his demeanor and his patience in listening to what I had to say and his abiltiy to explain in detail the situation in a no rush attitude on the phone. He said I shouldn't worry and he would take a look at it and let me know what was wrong the following day. He fixed it completely, recovered all of my data, backed up my data as well. My computer was running faster than ever and I was so relieved and couldn't believe it was that easy. He also offered his support after the job was complete as well. I am so grateful to Alex. He is the best!!!!
