Ascendance Holistic Healing has completely changed my life. Though I used to be a total skeptic with regard to the potential benefits of energy medicine, Emily's work with me has proven to me time and time again that there are absolutely no limits to her healing applications. She is the sole reason I am up and walking today.

I came to Emily's Ascendance Holistic Healing after having seen several doctors about the degenerative arthritis in my back. Each agreed that my crippling back spasms would only get worse, that there was no chance of recovery. There were only ways to minimize the pain whether it was through constant use of steroids or through a seriously invasive surgery that could only offer some pain relief.

I can happily say that ever since my first session with Emily two years ago, I have not had a single back spasm! Emily has helped me against all odds to restore my back, manage my stress, anxiety, fatigue, and digestive problems.

Unlike acupuncture, chiropracty, and physical therapy, Emily's healing practice is not only designed to heal, but to show you HOW to use energy medicine and to guide you to perform energy work successfully on YOURSELF. A Great Healing Session for Anyone

Emily is a very gifted healer. She has kept her body and spirit very attuned and clean so that she can tap into energies required of an energy healer. Her knowledge of the paths of healing are extensive and well-balanced. Emily has had rigorous training in the healing realm and takes her work very seriously.

Emily exhibits the credible, systematic, and EFFECTIVE aspects of the healing business. Her expertize, her professionalism, and her know-how are superb. The efficacy of the Eden energy system she uses, and really the RESULTS I got from working with her are great.

Lastly, I feel that this form of healing may be much more beneficial to us as patients when compared with a sterile doctor's room who is often times more focused on the next patient rather than the human being in front of them.

I highly recommend Emily to anyone who is serious about getting better.

I have long been interested in holistic and alternative approaches to healthcare, but have struggled to find practitioners who are as gifted and knowledgeable as Emily. Her expertise in Energy Medicine is comprehensive, and continues to expand as she brings new insight and techniques to every session. She has an intuitive understanding of my health issues and always has a creative and immediate solution. My energy and overall wellbeing have increased exponentially since seeing her, and her skills as a teacher have given me the tools to maintain my gains between sessions. Emily always brings great warmth and humor to our work together in addition to her expertise and healing gifts. I recommend her unconditionally.

My favorite holistic practitioner in NY

I think it's important to make a connection with anyone you receive a service from whether you are going to a dentist, doctor, hairdresser, personal trainer, etc. Not only is Emily extremely knowledgeable about Energy Medicine and movement, she knows how to connect to people. She really listens to you and she is funny! She is very professional and knows how to address your particular problem quickly and easily. And she also will make you feel comfortable and like you are hanging out with an old friend. I love her!

Nurturing and fun!

I recently had an amazing energy session with Emily, the owner and creator of Ascendance Fitness. I was very impressed by her knowledge and mastery of energy medicine, dance, and yoga. The session itself was highly enjoyable, relaxing, nurturing, and balancing for me. I felt completely centered emotionally and physically after my workout and I continued to feel that way for multiple days later.
