I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone. In just 2 appointments they made 5 errors. The first time they called the day before and said the cleaner would be at least an hour late because she was going to coming from Brooklyn. Isn’t it their business to schedule their cleaners such that they have ample travel time between appointments. Fine, it happens. The clean was okay, and the website was so easy to use that I decided to just set up a monthly appointment even though I was a bit disappointed the first time around.

On the day of the next appointment, no one showed up, and apparently they did not even have it in the system. I had specifically gone through the calendar with the guy on the phone scheduling for Fridays every 4 weeks—and I could see it scheduled on the website! They were barely apologetic and said they’d come the following day instead. Again, when no one arrived at the scheduled time they said she’d be coming later instead. Then she had an emergency and couldn’t come at all, and they couldn’t find a replacement. What kind of business are they running?? This is totally unacceptable. I am super disappointed because I liked the ease of use of their website, but apparently it wasn’t working well enough if it totally got the appointment wrong. But most of all, they should have tried much harder to make up for the mistakes and make the customer feel like they mattered. Total fail. It seems like others have had some positive experiences but mine was repeatedly bad.

My House is so clean. So I needed a maid, or housekeeping services because I am so busy, i want my free time to relax, not clean my house. So, MyClean comes every other week. I am always excited to get home on the Wednesdays! I walk in and it smells clean, everything looks fabulous, I swear it even makes the place brighter, hahaha. The housekeepers that come in always do a great job, and it is always the same people, so they know exactly the way I like everything done (I am a little OCD). So, if you need a maid or a re thinking of getting a maid, I highly recommend MyClean. You'll be so glad you did!

Bad experience. Before my first appointment I asked multiple times for someone who speaks English well. The nice young woman who showed up did not. She handed me a cel phone where a man said "I'll translate."

Sparkling Simplicity. Wonderously easy to schedule ! Just got online and set it up --- didn't matter that it was 4 AM on a Tuesday night.

I vacated a 2 Bedroom that was inspected for cleanliness by my ex landlord on my move out date and it passed with flying colors - All thanks to My Clean

I couldn't have done it alone or without them. No way.

AMAZING!!. I can finally relax when having my apartment cleaned! Before MyClean, I was getting recommendations for cleaning ladies from friends but most of the time, I could never be 100% sure that they wouldn't steal something. MyClean insurers all thier cleaners and gave me a peace of mind. Also, being able to book online and pay with credit card was a pleasure. Last but not least, my place looked and smelled great! They left a mint on a pillow and a detailed sheet of what they cleaned. It was like walking into a hotel!

No Better Than Rest of Manhattan's Mediocre Offerings. I used this service 3 times

the first two times the maids missed obvious things like cleaning the toilet bowels, had obvious things like that not cleaned throughout my apartment'

the 3rd time i was not sent the maid i requested, i only realized it because the replacement was horrible, could not speak english, used the wrong cleaners on things.

only when i called to complain was i told. myclean told me the cleaning would be free and then had the nerve to email me later asking to be paid for it. when i refused i was told my business was no longer wanted. the managers there are horrible. will never use service again.

Guess what myclean having a online booking engine is not that novel, other places will copy you. what truely counts is good service.

Best Cleaning Service in NYC!. After living in Manhattan for 5 years I have went through over 15 cleaning services for my apartment. I have high expectations when it come to cleaning. After a friend referred Myclean to me I decided to give it a shot and I can safely say that I will be a customer far as long as I live here.

Great Clean. Really liked the clean, best part about the service was the ability to schedule online and pay with my credit card as opposed to leaving cash, plus i was able to schedule a clean for the next day. Would def reccomend

best cleaning service ever!!!!. WHAT AN AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I WILL ONLY BE USING MYCLEAN FOR NOW ON. I HAVE A 1300 SQUARE FOOT APARTMENT AND THEY MADE IT SPOTLESS!!!! I WILL DEFINETELY BE USING THEM EVERY WEEK
