Asian Fusion counter service burger & dog, fries and a shake joint on the LES. The lamb burger has a Saigon twist that is a nice curve ball
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR FOOD ALLERGIES... I ordered a 2 pick up meals - one vegetarian one not - and they came in the SAME CONTAINER! When I called to complain they basically tried to make it sound like it was my fault. The staff needs to be trained on food contamination issues OR if the owner doesnt care about catering to vegetarians they should just remove the veggie burger from the menu completely. It was bland and just ok anyways so it would not be a tragedy.
My kind of place!!!. Smashed and out of my mind on a Tuesday late late night or any other night, you can rely on Micky's to cook up succulent burger and fry up some chili cheese fries to perfection.
Citysearch Editorial Review. Mikey’s looks just like your average diner, if your diner has whitewashed brick walls and a handful of black stools, serves Vietnamese coffee-flavored milkshakes, and is fronted by Michael Huynh--the guy who’s largely responsible for New York’s banh mi craze. The vibe is austere, the menu short, the flavors American with Asian accents. Wasabi mayo tops the house-made veggie burger; kewpie mayo, along with lettuce, tomato and Chinese-style bacon make up the BLT. The lamb is served satay-style, with mint and jalapeno. As has become the trend, the meat on the smallish burgers is actually a blend, in this case brisket with corned beef hash and short ribs.
