Looks Like They Closed Up The Shop. They must have been overwhelmed by the Groupon response. The phone line was disconnected when I tried to call for an appointment.

Groupon gave me a refund.

Five stars for Groupon!

Terrible business. So, I purchased the groupon and knowing that it was a popular deal, scheduled almost a month out due to my hectic schedule also. They called at the scheduled appt time to tell me their crew leader was in the hospital. I could understand that even though my whole day was now wasted, but the kicker was that when I asked to reschedule they said they couldn't and would have to contact me at another time. What kind of scam is this? I bought 2 of the groupons. Now I want my money back.

not a great cleaning .... I purchased the groupon for America's cleaning company and I definitely thought i was getting a great deal, but I was wrong. Besides showing up almost two hours late for their scheduled appointment ( which I will let pass because they called me and explained 45 min before) the cleaning was sub par. They missed obvious spots like the windows had hand marks. We have a large mirror above the couch and it wasn't touched at all. The furniture was not dusted appropriately at all and in the bathroom dirt on the floor was pushed to the side. So I guess purchasing this cleaning for a lower price meant receiving half the cleaning job.

Did Not Honor Commitment. Got a groupon - this is the text: "Two hours is the ideal amount of time for a one-bedroom apartment, depending on how dirty or bachelorized the space. Buy up to three of today's deal and get up to six hours for a larger home or especially filthy closet."

When I called in with three coupons to get six hours, America's Cleaning Company said they wouldn't do it, and said, "Read the fine print." (Turns out the fine print says that they won't do it).

I think that's terrible business.

Prefect. They just cleaned my 3 bedroom apartment...and it looks I just moved in. Great job, I recomend that you call them and try it out. You wont be disapointed.

Left my house spic n span. These people were very friendle and professional at the same time. They tackled my home quickly and quietly and left no corner untouched. Supervisor was on top of the crew and did a walk through at the end to make sure that the job was perfect. I will use them on a regular basis

GREAT JOB EVERYTIME!. We've used America's Cleaning Company for a few months now and every time they leave, our offices look amazing! If you need your home or offices cleaned right the first time, call these guys.

Glad we chose them. We decided to use America's Cleaning Company based on the recommendation of friends of ours who said they used this cleaning service and were very pleased. We were also very impressed by their professionalism and how friendly they were, and how quickly they were able to clean our entire apartment. We've got 2 small children who are very messy and we were amazed at how clean our apartment looked after the cleaning personnel were there.

Very thorough cleaning service. I am very particular and I could not do a better job myself. Finally I found a cleaning service that pays attention to detail. Not just surface cleaning here, this is the real deal. I highly recommend this service.

My Apartment Sparkles. It's difficult to dedicate the time needed to clean my apartment on a regular basis since I work full-time and a friend of mine suggested giving America's Cleaning Company a call. I'm so glad I did. They're a lifesaver. My apartment is always clean, and with safe eco-friendly products. This is not only great for my child and puppy, but also for the environment! It's a win win for us all. I highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and always does a great job. I love that they’ve all had a thorough background check.
