As its name suggests, this East Village museum is devoted to celebrating the bygone era of the American mobster. From the Al Capones and Frank Nittis to lesser-known (even non-Italian) gangsters, crime syndicates and even the law enforcement officials who fought to take them down, MoAG has every angle covered. As an added bonus, the 800-square-foot museum is housed in a former Prohibition-era speakeasy.
