Very satisfied client of 4 years. I have been going to Dr. Bracci for Botox and Fillers for the past several years and have been very satisfied with his artistry. I don't have a lot to tighten and fill, but was seeking "preventative measures" so that I don't need to get a face-lift when I am 50! Nobody has EVER noticed that I have received treatments which is EXACTLY the results I wanted. Treatments should never look fake, only natural and the results have been great. Dr. Bracci never "over-does" it and will be honest with you if he thinks you don't need a treatment. In his view, less is more and I fully agree. After using him for Botox and Fillers I also used him for Fraxel, at his suggestion. I was skeptical at first as I didn't really think I "needed" Fraxel for my dark spots, but after 3 treatments I have noticed a big difference and have received so many compliments on my skin in recent months. I am 36 years old and am constantly told that I don't look at day over 28-- I attribute this to the subtle treatments that I have received from Dr. Bracci. He is a super personable guy, gives all of the services himself and has a very gracious staff. His office is clean and efficient as well. Dr. Bracci also sends Christmas and Birthday gifts to his patients such as $50 gift certificates and free face and body lotions-- always a nice touch! I also think his prices for Botox are very reasonable at $200 an area--also he will do touch ups for you at no extra cost if you feel like you didn't "get enough" or need an adjustment. Overall I am a very satisfied client.

Can't believe he advertizes male beard removal. The worst idea I ever had was 9 yrs ago when I decided to have laser hair removal. Originally I wanted my chest done but Dr. Bracci showed me he removed his beard by laser and it looked fine on him. I thought it would be a good idea to remove my beard also so I went through with it. The first treatment did very little, but the second one left me with blotches all over my beard area. There was so much damage to my skin I had to stop the treatments. Since then I have been left with a patchy moustache and beard from the few odd places where the laser worked. I've been to dermatologists to treat the blotchiness that lasted a very long time and they were shocked that someone would try to remove a male beard. 9 years later I'm definitely fine, but this has been a source of horrible stress for many years. I think also since I already payed for the treatment up front, it contributed to my decision to undergo the second treatment and not stop at one, when I hadn't seen much results.

Outstanding Medical Cosmetic! Doctor Bracci is AMAZING!. With 16 years of Concierge experience in New York this is my first review at city Search. That is HUGE! So here it goes.:Excellent staff and highly trained in their profession.Most qualify Doctor in his area of Expertise. Absolutely FANTASTIC! From Botox to laser treatment , all top of the line . Doctor Bracci and his team is simply the BEST!

All wonderful and highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in laser hair removal, tattoo removal ,Botox and any wrinkle reduction treatment.

subtle results. after reading some of the more scathing reviews here, i actually had to chuckle. dr. bracci is asking his patients to review his practice, yet is unwittingly sending them to this link, where there are some pretty strong complaints. it takes guts to do that (or perhaps he didn't take it into account?), so i'll do him the favor to put in my two cents.

i generally like the results i get after a visit with him. i get botox just to relax some areas of tension and his lower dose of botox gives me the results i desire. now, should he be more up front about the fact that he does not inject the same amount other doctors do? perhaps. that way, he would make his patients more comfortable with the idea. again, i LIKE that option. if you need a stronger dose, see a different doctor or tell dr. bracci before you get treatment. the $199 deal is an example for what people mean when they say: you get what you pay for.

in regards to dr. bracci's manner: i agree that he is a little awkward, but over the years i decided that that is just his nature. i do think, however, that he could stand to improve his ability to stay and listen, even if just for one minute, he does seem rushed and he does have his technicians do a lot of the handling. i think he would see his reviews get more positive if he spent less time pushing other services and more time listening to his patients (often that yields the decision to get other things done). i think he actually already got better at that over the last years, but there is room for improvement.

oh, and one more thing: he did on one occasion, a few years ago, have someone else inject me with botox. an indian looking woman, i presume a doctor (?). i spent days after worrying about her certifications. i had no idea who she was or how qualified. so, dr. bracci, this is a no-no. people research you beforehand, don't switch doctors on them at short notice. it makes us worry. i'm sure the female doc was great and i ended up just fine, but i didn't need the anxiety. if a switch needs to happen, give the patient notice and a choice.

and while i'm at it (hey, you asked!): having patients pay before treatment makes us feel weird. like we are going to run out on you or something. no other practice i ever visited does this and it's just kinda rude. i will always pay for what i buy, so it would be nice not to feel distrusted.

still like my botox, though!

Dr. Bracci is AMAZING!!!!!. I am constantly in the spotlight and was extremely concerned about anyone seeing the flaws in my face as I get older. I have now been going to Dr. Bracci for about 3 years for my Botox injections and he is absolutely amazing. He has just the right touch and I really feel like he is happy to see me every time I come in. I would highly recommend Verve Medical to anyone looking to "tighten up" a few areas on the face.

SCARRED ME PERMANENTLY. I never write reviews for places. I don't have time. I'm a busy musician making a living on the stage. But I feel so strongly you need to hear this NEGATIVE review that I've created an account and am doing this now. I went to Dr. Bracci for tattoo removal, spent over $3000 and two years, had TERRIBLE results which have left me permanently scarred. I only realized how terrible he was when I moved to London and started with a proper laser tattoo removal place and they were horrified to see what he'd done to me. He spent no time with me ever, had his assistants do the lasering, and really he had NO BUSINESS taking my money and causing such havoc on my arm. It has been a tremendous and expensive effort to undo the damage with a new laser company. I am so angry at Dr. Bracci, and I see that many other reviews on here are negative, so I'm not alone. DO YOUR RESEARCH and go somewhere that specialises in tattoo removal only. You don't want a Botox chop shop ruining your skin like he has done mine.

Dr. Bracci is one of a kind!!!!!!!!!!. Dr. Bracci rocks!!!!!!!and so does his staff!

He is so wonderful and caring......I was a nervous wreck the first time I went to him. I feared I would come out looking like I just came out of a wind tunnel.....the results, just as Dr. Bracci promised, were nothing less then "natural" and perfect for me. He takes his time and really creates a look just for you, he is a perfectionist. He even guarantees that if you are not satisfied with the results, just give him a call, and he will make any adjustments, free of charge......I have yet to give him that kind of call. The best part is that people keep remarking how wonderful I look and can't figure out what I have done!!!!!!!!It is great! I normally would not recommend a doctor to anyone, but if you are looking for that little lift, please, please, RUN, DON'T WALK!!!!!!!!!

LOOK GREAT NOT FAKE IS NOT JUST A TAG LINE!. Thermage, vein treatments, fraxel, fillers, botox...yes, I've done them all! Yes, I'm really picky...yes, I look younger than I did...yes, his prices are reasonable...yes, his staff is amazing...YES, HE REALLY CARES!!!!

I highly recommend VERVE!!!!

...and no, I don't look fake at all!
