THIEF SCAM!. THIS IS THIEF/SCAM!!! DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go there! I was a little thrown off by the phony five stars reviews, my experience with this company has been horrible! The guy took our hard drive, held it hostage forever. He said it will be 24 hours until he tell us more and then he disappeared. We had to call him over and over again. ( They are not open on weekends, so we couldn't work on our hard drive the whole time! ) He held our hard drive hostage until we paid him even though originally he said it would only be evaluation first.

#1 place for data recovery!. My external hard drive stopped powering on, being somewhat computer illiterate I didnt know what to do. I took my drive to a couple of different companies for quotes but ended up doing the recovery with recovery-experts. They went to great extend to explain what to me what the failure was all about, what steps to take to avoid using their service in the future :-p and of course it also greatly helped that they where affordable, compared to some other companies out there. I was very satisfied with the services provided, dont hesitate to take your drive to them.

Great data recovery company. I want to express my thanks to everyone at data recovery experts. My hard drive, containing photos of my newly born son, had crashed and I didnt have a backup.

I took my drive to data recovery for the free diagnostics. Within 24 hours they told me what the problem with the drive was and what it would cost to fix it.

Three days later I had the data in my hands.

I highly recommend them to anyone who has lost valuable data.

Fast and affordable. I was a little thrown off by the bad review but my experience with this company has been outstanding! After shopping around, Data Recovery Experts had the best rates. Diagnostics was free so I had nothing to lose. I dropped my drive off and was contacted within 24 hours with the diagnostics results. The price quote was even lower then I had expected (how often that does happen!). After I gave the green light to start the recovery process it took 3 days to get my data back. I came into their office, browsed through my data to made sure everything was there and functioning. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of data recovery help!

Quick and painless!. I was referred to this company by a friend who has used their service in the past. Just like him I was very satisfied with the service that I was provided. Recovery was completed ahead of schedule and without without a hitch. Keep up the great work guys!

Affordable and reliable service.. My personal PC hard drive failed and as I found out a lot of companies that advertise in NY aren?t really from NY and I did not want to send my hard drive out of state. These guys are located in midtown; their pricing compared to their competitors is really good. However, turn-around time was a little longer then promised but over all I am really satisfied with their service.
