Some people don't know this but besides being a very reliable carpet cleaning company, Flat Rate Carpet uses non-toxic cleaning solutions. For me that is the main reason I use them.

My family's favorite carpet cleaner.. My sister recommended flat rate to us and since then other family members have used their services.

We have lots of kids and they usually make a mess of the carpets so it's great to have a regular carpet cleaner that knows exactly what we need. They always go far and beyond to get our carpets cleaned.

My favorite carpet cleaners so far.. I have had so many carpet cleaning companies over the years and I've stuck the longest with the folks at Flat Rate. They always maintain good prices and they always deliver as promised and on time. So I've gone out of my way to tell my friends about them, yes they're that good.

I love coming home to clean carpets.. I travel a lot and I usually like to have my carpets cleaned just before I leave so that I can come back to a fresh clean apartment. Flat Rate has cleaned my carpet for a few years now and I love their work.

I love their Persian Rug care.. I have 2 Persian rugs that I have cleaned with Flat rate a couple of times a year. I love talking to the staff about my rugs they are truly specialists they know about all the different materials used in rugs. So they clean your rug according to specific needs. I'm really careful about my rugs so I'm glad they make me feel safe leaving them in their care.

I had some small tearing in my furniture and they fixed it.. I have an old chair that is sentimental to me because my mom used to own it. I has some damage and I wanted to see if it could be fixed without re-doing the entire chair. I had Flat Rate look at it for me and they told me the repairs would be minor and that they could do it. Now my old chair is as good as new. Great Job!

Bad Bad Bad People.. Pure criminal bait and switch prices. Conned a 90yr old man into paying $2,000 for steam cleaning 2 carpets.

Bad, soul deprived, conscience-less people.

My Furniture looks and smells great!. I live in a very old house and most of the furniture is antique so I'm not too keen on replacing it. I have looked into having it repaired and I found Flat Rate. They consulted with me and advised me on my best options. Luckily my upholstery was repairable and I didn't need to do any re-upholstering. They gave me great service and saved me some money.

I love what they did to my antique rug .. My beloved antique rugs are getting a little weathered. I had one in particular that was getting frayed. I had Flat Rate take a look at it. They decided it needed some re-weaving. So I let them take handle the repair for me.

I was very pleased with the results. They really specialize on what they do and deliver good work.

My Mattress is now fresh and clean.. I do 2 major cleaning jobs in my house every year. This includes carpet and upholstery cleaning. But this year I tried Flat Rate's mattress cleaning. I read into it and I decided I wanted to do it. Dust mites can build up in your mattress so I wanted them gone.

The really good thing about this service is that they use non-toxic products on the mattress. So you're left with a clean mattress and not left with the toxic cleaning chemicals that are typically used. If you inform yourself about his service, you'll definitely use this service.

I can say I have felt an in improvement in my sleep because of it.
