“The location is good, 2 blocks from 2 different subway lines, a Whole Foods Market is around the corner as well as 2 or 3 coffee shops.”
“We loved the bar.”
“Some great antique/vintage stores/sellers in the area.”
“Great location, very clean and friendly staff.”
“The room was not huge but big enough when you don't spend a lot of the time in the room.”
Great Accomodation. The location is the best!! I did not stay in the room all that much, so it wasn't a huge concern for me (they were average), but like I said I will stay there again because of the location.
Great location and price!!!. Stayed for the weekend with friends. Staff was friendly. Room was small, but barely in it so it didn't matter. Centrally located and did I mention inexpensive. Would definitely stay again.
Comfortable, quiet, but not especially convenient. The staff here at the Four Points are welcoming. The room is fairly small. I had one in the back of the building overlooking some kind of bar or personal outdoor patio, I'm not sure. It was noisy mid-afternoon but empty by evening so not so bad. The room seems to hint of luxury but it general impression is that its just a good-old basic room in the end. I had some mechanical problems with the lock on the door which required some help from the staff and left me locked out for about 20 minutes, but once that was resolved, all else was well. My lasting impression of the place was of "quiet". I guess that's a good thing. The company paid for the tab so it was satisfying. I went elsewhere on my own dime for the weekend, however.
Neat hotel, friendly staff. I had to stay at the Sheraton for a week before I got my apartment in Chelsea. Recommended by a co-worker this hotel has great staff and services
Good choice. Great location, very clean and friendly staff. What more can you ask for in a hotel. My co-workers always stay here when they need to work in New York City.
Loved this hotel!. By looking at this hotel from the outside you wouldn't expect it to be so nice. It's very boutiquey. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the bar..it's very inviting and friendly, plus they have happy hour. The room was not huge but big enough when you don't spend a lot of the time in the room. The location was great, walkable either to the East or West side quickly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Nice place. One of Starwood's hotels in NYC, it's on the moderate side in terms of price but they don't skip on quality. The beds are great, the staff are friendly & helpful. I didn't check out the restaurant or bar. The location is good, 2 blocks from 2 different subway lines, a Whole Foods Market is around the corner as well as 2 or 3 coffee shops. Some great antique/vintage stores/sellers in the area. It's in the heart of Chelsea so it's very friendly to gay/lesbian guests. I'd stay here again and would recommend it to people on a bit of a budget. The rooms are not large but set up well. The ergonomic desk chair was great & the a/c worked wonderful. I had a king size bed/room but would question how 2 double beds fit. Not much in terms of view but it's NYC, what do you expect?
