John J. Maalouf is a brilliant attorney

We hired John to represent us in a large joint venture with a Hong Kong company. It was complicated and the Chinese were difficult to deal with but once John came in he took care of everything, he knew how to negotiate with the Chinese (we got a better deal then we ever imagined possible) he drafted the agreements quickly and got the deal closed and the money in our ban kaccount quickly and painlessly.

New York City's Best Business Law firm

My partner and I had a start-up company and were looking for a law firm. We found John J. Maalouf on LinkedIn, (he is the Senior Partner of Maalouf Ashford & Talbot) he came highly recommended so we thought we'd give him a call, and it was one of the best moves we ever made. John was fantastic from the start, he helped us set up everything from the start, from choosing what state to incorporate in (to minimize taxes) to helping us get funding through a private placement to structuring a joint venture with an overseas company. He also helped us with all of our transactions and then with acquiring a competitor. John took the time to talk with us and understand our business, he never spoke down to us or pushed us off onto an associate, John gets 10 out of 10 and I can highly recommend him.
