BETTER THAN WAXINIG.... Laser Cosmetica's office is great and the staff is wonderful. Just recently extended my package for Laser Hair removal, I'm very happy with my results. I now have chest & back hair removal for my stubborn hairs. My technician does a wonderful job every time I go for an appointment.

groupon buyer. I understand at this point businesses are getting sick of deal day site shoppers because most buy and then move on. I would like to congratulate Laser Cosmetica on NOT treating me like crap when I told them I had a groupon for laser hair removal. They got me right in for my treatments. Adrian was my technician and she was incredibly accommodating and kind. The treatment room was clean and welcoming. Over all I had a great experience.

My Chemical Peel. I had a Chemical Peels done to treat my acne and other skin flaws that I was less then pleased with. I saw a result almost immediately after the procedure was done. Not to mention my esthetician added complimentary skin cream for better results.

AWFUL! DON'T GO!!!!.
DO NOT go here unless you want to just throw your money out!
The people that work here are so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a company that I paid thousands of dollars to IN MY LIFE!
I made an appointment 2 months ago and when I show up for my 9am appointment, there is nobody there. The woman is 20 minutes late and there is someone else booked for the same time. They tell me I didn't have an appointment when just yesterday I received a text message confirming my appointment. The woman was SO unbelievably rude about the mix up as if it was my fault.
Then another rude woman called me to tell me I missed my appointment and told me I had scheduled my appointment at a different location. Umm... why would I schedule an appointment at a location that I haven't been to in 2 years and is absolutely nowhere near where I live?? She then proceeded to hang up on me... let me tell you- that is excellent customer service!
I don't know how this place is still in business. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money on this garbage place. The one person who gave this company a good rating obviously works for the company. I gave it one star only because there is no option to give it less than 1.
DON'T GO HERE!!!! Learn from my mistake and juding from all of the other terrible reviews I'm not the only one.

My husband said I was glowing . . .. My husband approached me the other day and told me I was glowing. What he doesn't know is I have been doing skin treatments at laser cosmetica . . . now he doesn't have to know my secret, but at least I know its working. Im very happy he's noticing me again.

Legs ready for formal!. We always have our formal during June, when its super hot outside and everyone wants to show off some skin! Ive had insecurity issues with my legs for the past few years after an ex made a comment about cellulite on my thighs. I svaed up money from my bartending job and signed up with laser cosmetica for some cellulite reduction treatments on my upper thighs. The results are AMAZING! I cannot wait to wear a cute little short cocktail dress and not have to wear pantyhose and be uncomfortable and hot!

No more sweat stains!. Who would have ever thought that my sweat stains would completely dissapear along with my thick dark hair? I used to hace such issues with my underarms, I would shave them but the black stuble would still be visible no matter what. Thanks to laser cosmetica that is no longer an issue of mine. I have clean smooth underarms and my shirts are no longer stained.

Great results!. Years ago I did laser hair removal with another company in Orlando Florida. I moved to NYC two years ago and have been with this company since. The results are clear and the service is exceptional.
