I want to like it but..... I really want to like this place. Leslie is really cute and very sweet. But the service is terrible. As someone who has tried laser hair removal (LHR) from many different places, this one is by far the worst.

First off, they have changed phone numbers about 4 times in the past 10 months, so I can never get a hold of anyone. Every time I try calling the number is disconnected, even when I call the phone number on their site. Secondly, because she did a Living Social deal, she has way too many clients. Making an appt is the most exhausting process ever.

On the positive side, their office is cute (not as clean or professional as the other places I've been for LHR), and she gives you numbing cream which helps with the pain.

If you want to try LHR, I would suggest Assara Laser in midtown. Much, much more professional, can easily make appt and clean space. They have been on Living Social quite a bit lately too.

Laser Pioneer- Best in the City!!!. I was treated by Leslie Long 3 times while she was the head laser lady for Dr. Sobel. I was immediately impressed by her passion for changing the lives of her patients. As a registered nurse, Leslie has seen it all and willing to do what it takes to make the patient happy.

Not long after my third appointment, I found out Leslie had gone out on her own and literally slashed prices to make laser hair removal affordable to all. Her office is decorated to feel more like a home than a clinical setting. She has extremely flexible hours and doesn't rush through my treatments. I know, without qualification, that my satisfaction is Leslie's ultimate goal.

When I first started seeing Leslie it was to have some embarrassing facial hair removed. I was able to accomplish this in just a few treatments and the hair hasn't grown back after 7+ years. I've since had my bikini line, legs and underarms lasered to hair free bliss!

I literally do not own a razor. I'm much more comfortable in a bathing suit and my husband LOVES the results.

Leslie's skill with the laser and commitment to making her patients happy has changed my life for the better. I have recommended too many friends to count,,, all with the same outstanding feedback. This city is loaded with money-hungry laser factories with equipment operators who haven't been trained properly and just don't care. I promise you that your experience with Leslie will renew your belief in the industry and leave you wishing you had found her years ago!

Great Hair Removal!!. The least painful hair removal experience!! She did a great a job- She explained the procedure extremely well. She is very experienced. There is not a better registered nurse in the city. What a great job she did!! I highly recommend Leslie Long R.N.
