OWNER NOT SO NICE

My first time there and the owner could have been a bit more sophisticated and friendly. She is arrogant and not very accommodating. Went there because it is in my neighborhood.

The service was ok, but I had MUCH BETTER pedicures and way better hair cuts at other salons. Doubtful that I will go there again.

Highly recommend this spa!

I've had a number of manicures and pedicures at the Grand Spa, and each one has been very satisfactory--the staff are well trained, and very nice, and the spa itself is a pleasure to visit. The main thing I want to say, is how much I love the hair style, color and Keratin treatments which I receive at the skillful, caring hands of Daisy. I had never had a Keratin treatment before and since my hair was looking dry and lifeless, I thought, what do I have to lose? Not only didn't I lose, I gained a hair style that was up to the moment, healthy and shiny; one that my husband and friends compliment me on. Daisy is truly a professional, an expert in the art of hair styling who wants her clients to look their best. I highly recommend the Grand Spa.

Great spa!

Recently, I walked out of the Spa on Grand Street and went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and became a member. This was, at age 75, an unusual thing for me to do. The Spa and the people in it have made a difference in my life.

The Grand Spa on Grand Street, near the corner of Clinton, is owned and run by Carmela and Eitan Ben-Yosef, the nicest people you will ever meet, who put energy and caring into every aspect of The Spa. They do just about everything there, and have assembled a terrific group of women, equally energetic and caring, to work for them.

I loved The Spa except for one thing; they simply did not do hair. Then they moved around the corner to bigger, more beautiful facilities that included a complete hair salon and a hair stylist, Daisy, whose smile lit up the room. To Daisy, every customer is special, man or woman, child or in a wheelchair, and she will work tirelessly all day to make them be special. Her dedication is tremendous; her sweetness echoed in her name, and she is never less than perfectionist.

If you come to the Spa, you will meet a remarkable couple and their son, Shai, wonderful Daisy, and 2 lovely girls Daniela and Nicole who help out with sales.

So come to the (very) Grand Spa on Grand Street. If you come, you will come back, and you will not regret it.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL AMAZING RESULTS AND READY FOR A GETAWAY!

I planned a last minute getaway and have been thinking about laser hair removal for a long time. I decided to do it! It changed my life!
