Will not go back.
I just had the worst Brazilian wax I've ever had at Lali Lali.
First of all, I called this morning to make the appointment. When I arrived this evening there was no record of my appointment, which is strange, because she took down my first and last name, email address, and phone number. I'm not sure what she was doing while I gave her that information.
I went in for my wax. I don't get waxed every month but I have had several Brazilians over the past few years, and while it's never a walk in the park, this was so incredibly painful. I had to stop it 3/4 of the way through because I couldn't stand the pain anymore. The wax technician was SO slow - so it was like torture, did nothing to relieve the pain, and kept going over the same areas over and over.
After I couldn't finish my wax I went up to the reception, where they told me they couldn't give me my money back because I paid through Lifebooker, but I could come back any time and get another wax. Yeah right, like I would ever subject myself to that again!
These people are ameteurs, stay far far away.
Great Deal. I had great experience the place itself is pretty cool . Went there for a cut and paid very good price. Especially for Soho plus I got 15 % off coupon. I will visit that place again.
My new hair cut was great. I went there once and I liked it. The customer service was good and I didn't have a reason to complain. Marque gave me a consultation and washed my hair. My new hair cut was great!! and the atmosphere was pretty cool too. I am happy to go there again.
Love Lali Lali. Great salon! I love getting my hair done here because they are great at it and also because they are so easy to talk to. Time flies by and I always come out with a gorgeous cut.
Brilliant Salon In Soho.
I give a 5 starts for this awesome place where all the people are professionals and nice. If I need a hair cut definitely I will go there.
The best hair salon in the city!!
Lali Lali salon.
Marc wove pretty highlights through my hair that look natural, subtle but decidedly blonde, no more light brown kinda sorta dirty blondish for this girl.
After he finished my highlights he put me under the dryer for 20 minutes, checked me and gave me an amaaazing hair wash, massaging my head thoroughly for the shampoo, toner, and conditioner. Mmm.
Great Space to Get A Cut. Cool space in noho/soho. Big, airy, and light on the second floor of a broadway building. Got a cut with marc and he rocked it out! Def be back soon.
lali lali gels yeah.
I love everything Lissette does with my hair: Blowouts, updos, hair cuts, highlights and color!
She gives my hair so much volume, gives the best haircut I have ever had, is an artist and sculpture with updos, and gives attention to the highlights on my brunette hair as if I was a blonde.
The salon also has a very cool space and vibe...like going to a friend's loft or a very unpretentious hair salon.
Lali Lali In NOHO is amazing.
Lissette has given me something I always wanted but never thought I could have. I went in with a general idea of how I wanted my hair cut and Lissette ran with it. This lady is meticulous and extremely skilled. I have very baby fine, thin hair that just kind of lays there looking lifeless. I thought that the only remedy would eventually be some kind of extensions or a hair piece.
Lissette knows what she's doing and actually cut my hair in such a way that it looks like I have a lot of hair! She also focuses heavily on making sure you can reproduce your style at home. She explained every product, why she was using it and how I could achieve the same results.
Lali Lali NoHo Salon. This is kind of a hidden gem. Spacious salon with a chill atmosphere and cool stylists. I got a great cut for about $80. In short: I'd go back.
