Awful. Just awful.. At the risk of sounding like the typical "angry reviewer", I couldn't help but share my story of our visit last night. Our company reserved a private room from 5:30-7:30. To start, the only food they brought out was a couple of plates of carrots and tomatoes (enough for about 5 people even though we had 30). The "real" food didn't come until almost 7:00 which basically meant that no one ate. At the stroke of 7:30, even though there were very few people in the place, they said if we desired to stay at all and finish the 2 bottles of wine we'd already paid for, we needed to pay an extra $500 for 30 minutes more. As we were deciding, they actually took the wine to the back holding it ransom until we forked over the money. Explanation for all of the above (from the manager): "BLT Policy".

We had an equally appalling experience at the upstairs bar, but I'll save that review for that listing.

Excellent Dinner and Ambiance!. BLT recently opened in the neighborhood, so I had to check it out. I was very nicely surprised with the amazing dinner and ambiance. The tuna tartare was to die for..loved the long chips! The steak and pappardelle short rib pasta was also incredible. Don't forget to try the apple tart for dessert. This is definitely going to be a staple.. I would go before every one discovers it. Can't wait to go back!
