SCAM MOVERS, FAKE GOOD REVIEWS , BE AWARE !! I used this company and they are not even close to excellent. They were very late, the price was almost double than quoted and after all the damage that they made, their foreman complained about the tip (!?!) How dare you? I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Great company, all staff are very professional, very nice people.

I used Empire movers two times within about one year period and highly recommend them.

These guys will make your move so easy, they pack and unpack everything for you for extra $$$ of course but all I want to say that they are very good at what they doing. I gave them 5 stars rating but to be more exact they deserve 11 in a 1 to 10 scale.

Very experienced, these guys are no joke.

on reflection, the red flags were there when they picked up the stuff. When my husband asked about paying via a cc Florin kept harping on the fact that they also took cash .They also asked for payment in full (we've used moving companies before who always take half payment upfront and the rest on delivery) but we agreed to pay in good faith. Florin was also bold enough to ask for a tip! which they received.

we hired this company to move our stuff from NY to Chicago. They picked up the items on the 18th June, were paid in full plus a generous tip and 11 days later we are still waiting for our stuff to arrive even though we were told 5-7 days. At the latest, according to our contract, it should arrive by tomorrow.

We have had to call them every step of the way, leaving voice mails as well, which no one returns. We just spoke to Florin who informed us that they were loading today.Obviously we won't have our stuff by the 30th June ( as agreed under contract) and he was still unable to give us a delivery date.

We are stuck here with a week worth of clothing and no viable response from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They showed up 3 hours late to my job and refused to move my stuff for the quoted price.

First move without damages. I just wanted to write to say thank you for the excellent service we received from Empire Movers,when we moved to the new home. The guys who came to help us worked really efficiently, were very careful with our belongings and did the work with a smile! It made the whole move much more pain and stress-free than we could have hoped for.

Great crew. Is long time, since I moved last time. I was so happy to meet FLORIN and his crew.They did a clean job, packed really nice all my beloved China. I'm pleased to work with this people and I hope that all customers get the treatment I had.Now I just have to get my Cable installed and is all good.

THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD. Moving with Empire Movers was the best experience I've ever had! After moving with a few other companies, I finally found one that accomplished all my needs. The movers were very professional, helpful, punctual, energetic and FAST!!! I had the best service when trying to get information about the move date, prices and last minute requirements with my building. Unlike other companies, they were truly interested in making me happy. The last thing that I expected was a courtesy e-mail from the company asking about the move. Empire Movers wasn't only about the business but also about the desire to keep a customer happy and I AM HAPPY!

SCAM MOVERS, FALSE GOOD REVIEWS , BE AWARE SPAMERS!!. I will NEVER contact this company for another quote. They originally quoted me a decent price (but in this case you get what you pay for). I hired them, and had an agreement and delivery date for 50 boxes. Nothing showed up on the agreed upon date. I called and was told later that day they would be there. Once again a no show. I called again and got the delivery rescheduled for the next day. Once again a no show! Later that day they call me and say we are shipping you boxes UPS. I am ok with this. I receive the boxes and find the outsourced box company charges me for the boxes! At this point I've pretty much had it with this company! I email my rep (no response, big shocker with these jokers). I call to cancel my service and get a nice gentleman who kindly says he will cancel ... quote. They originally quoted me a decent price (but in this case you get what you pay for). If you want to be treated like this you should use this company, if not I suggest you find someone else!!!!!!!!!

What a great exprience!. I had a wonderful exprience with this moving company. I needed a company who would help me out, financially and professionally... I found both with Empire Movers!From the moment that I called to get an estimate, the gentleman was very understaning about my budget and even help me with a discount! Every one knows that some moving companies hire workers that don't care about the people's things, but not with Empire Movers! When moving day came, the gentlemen were so efficient and delicate with my items, which I trully appriciate til this day. I am so amazed and overjoyed with my entire exprience and I strongly recommened to everyone this company!!!

Go Empire Movers!. I recently moved from the New York area to Southern California and I hired Empire Movers to move me across the country. My move was handled every step of the way in a professional manner. All of my belongs arrived in perfect condition--ahead of the scheduled time. I have to say that the entire move exceeded my expectations. The owner of this moving company, Florin, is a business professional who values integrity and a high level of customer service. It really shows. I highly recommend this company!
