WORST. JUNGLE. EVER.. SO UNFORTUNATE YOU CAN'T LEAVE ZERO STARS ON THIS SITE...

This place is the biggest joke in NYC. It's SOOOOO bad we started pretending we were on a bad sitcom. Consider:

1.) We ordered a very easy appetizer of chips and salsa. We watched it be delivered....to the wrong table. We then watched the people at that table eat, touch, bite off and replace, lick, etc., the chips and salsa. Then, we watched our waitress tell the server to take it off these people's table AND REDELIVER IT TO OURS INSTEAD, since they'd delivered incorrectly. We of course pointed out to the waitress that we'd seen other customers eat said appetizer they'd just delivered, so then she....

2.) ....took said chips and salsa and set it near the kitchen for five minutes. Then, these SAME chips and salsa were delivered AGAIN to our table. Revolting enough for you? Continue, please...

3.) One of my friends ordered a quesadilla. Instead, because this place is a big 'ol joke, fajitas were delivered to him. When he informed our waitress that he didn't order them, she became enraged with him and sent the busboy to collect the incorrect order. All of this was CLEARLY our fault somehow (??????????????????).

4.) The rest of us got our food, ALL OF WHICH WAS ALSO WRONG! At this point we convinced ourselves there was a new reality show just to mess with people because this place is SO ridiculous. But of course this isn't the truth and we had to send everything back....AGAIN....

5.) NONE of the food was good anyway..........after we waited for our orders to be correctly REDELIVERED....... (perhaps the waitress needs to be introduced to a pen and paper since her memory is apparently worth nothing; she wrote down nothing).

6.) After MUCH more waiting, we got the bill. On it, we were charged for too many items AND food we didn't even order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even the incorrectly ordered food, but even more than that!!!!!!!

Thank F all four of us have sense of humor, otherwise we'd have just gone apesh!t on the staff, kitchen, owners, investors, etc. --- which is what they all deserve. This is SERIOUSLY THE ***WORST*** "restaurant" any of us have ever been to in NYC - and we've all lived here for an average, between us, of 12 years...!

HEALTH DEPARTMENT: CLOSE CLOSE CLOSE!!!
