The best place for fancy colored diamonds. I was looking for a fancy yellow diamond with very specific characteristics for table and depth. Even the largest websites either didn't have fancy colors or didn't have what I was looking for. I might add that they didn't seem to delighted about helping me find it either, and their attitude was more like "too bad".

I almost gave up and asked somebody at work if he knew of anybody, and he recommended Zoara, whom he bought from a few months back. I looked them up to make sure that they were legit, and saw that they were BBB accredited and had good feedbacks and reviews.

I called them on their 24/7 chat service, and the gentleman who answered found the diamond that I was looking for within 2 minutes. He said that he checked the diamond exchanges around the world through his database, and found what I was looking for, but it was in India. He said that it was no problem to order it, but that it would take a few days to get here.

In the meantime, he sent me the GIA report and got a diamond photo within a few hours to make sure that I liked the color before I bought it.

It looked perfect, and their service was so responsive, that I just ordered once I got the picture. I really couldn't ask for more. The payment process was easy and simple, although they did have my bank call me to make sure that my card wasn't stolen, which I was happy to do. Nice to see that some people still care about security these days.

I got the diamond along with the GIA report within a week of ordering, which is impressive considering that it came all the way from India. It was very nicely presented, and I took it to get mounted in my wife's ring. The jeweler that mounted it was very impressed, and kept asking where I got it from.

Bottom line, this company has really friendly employees, who really know their stuff. They are efficient and always ready to go the extra mile, which is why they have gained me as a customer.

I will definitely be returning!. My shopping experience at this store was both pleasant and easy. The staff was lovely and the jewelry was incredible. I bought my sweetheart’s diamond engagement ring from the store after having searched and searched for the perfect ring in other jewelry stores only to find that either the engagement ring I wanted was too costly, or that their engagement rings were low quality. I finally found the perfect ring at the perfect price at the Zoara store. I will definitely be returning!

Custom Designed Engagement Ring. My fiance really wanted a custom designed engagement ring. I thought the guy should pick out the ring, but hey i want her to be happy! I wasn't sure where she could really choose the cut and carat without spending all my savings, so I called up Zoara. The customer support guy was really nice and explained everything. I put my fiance on the phone and said exactly what she wanted- it ended up not being too far out of my budget. The ring came and she's so happy she can't stop bragging to her friends. I'm definitely glad we went to Zoara and got the ring she always wanted.

Life Saver. I was at lunch with my girlfriends and they noticed the diamond from my ring was missing. I have no idea where I could have lost it not that it would still be there. I freaked out my husband is going to shoot me. My friend told me about zoara. Her son bought his now wife's engagement ring from them and was beyond happy. Plus Zoara sells loose diamonds. I had gone to a fancy jeweler in the city to replace it, but he kept wanting to sell me a new ring. I've had this ring for 35 years I love my ring it's the ring my husband gave me when we got married. I was upset enough as it was without out this guy now trying to replace my whole ring! With Zoara I was able to find the right diamond on the website and buy it without a pushy salesman trying to sell me the kitchen sink.

Thank goodness I took her with me!. Well, of course I wanted my proposal to my girlfriend to be a surprise . . . she had waited long enough for it (8 years!) but I also knew that if I picked the ring myself, she'd never be happy . . . So, I decided that getting the right ring was more important than a big surprise. Thank goodness! When we headed out to NYC to check out rings and I pointed out the ones I liked to Beth, she wrinkled her nose at them all! The sales staff at Zoara was so incredible and patient . . . we ended up choosing a ring and customizing it with diamonds we picked ourselves. It was ready super quick . . . a happy fiance and soon to be a happy wedding! Thank you, Timothy at Zoara, for all your help!

sisterly love. my sisters and I decided that since we don't do so well with sharing, we should all buy the same necklace. A nice way to stay connected. They have moved away from NYC, so we figured it would be nice to get something here so that they can take it with them. We bought a heart penadat here to show how much we love one another. We had a really fun time looking through all of the necklaces and choosing this one. It was a great day and now we have great pendants to keep us connected!

NYC Diamonds are forever. Well, I never thought I would own a diamond, let alone get engaged - and definitely not in NYC!!!!!! We were just walking through the diamond district of Manhattan and were looking at rings. My fiance (yeahhhh) brought me into this store and pointed out a diamond ring - which was simply gorgeous - and then he had me try it on, got down on one knee and proposed!!!! Wow - so shocked and excited. This spot will always have a special place in my heart.

Perfect!. The store is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous...I don't usually go into jewelry stores but the Zoara store really called out to me;) And I'm glad I went in because I found my amazing 1 ctw round brilliant solitaire diamond engageemnt ring there! Yay:):)

NYC vacation/proposal!. I'd always thought it would be super romantic to propose to my girlfriend in NYC's central park. I grew up near ny, and always loved the city, but work took me to texas where Julie and I live and work together. This summer we decided to take a2 week vacation to NY and I knew that this was my chance. The first day we arrived woke up early before her and headed straight to the diamond district. I wanderd into Zoara NY after looking for stores that were open and they immediately invited me in. I explained to them that I really had a time crunch and I needed them to help me find THE BEST diamond engagement ring as quickly as possible. I looked at their preset rings that they had in the store, but they weren't perfect. They told me that within 5 days they could have a more customized ring. I said- alright. They showed me all the settings they couldprovide with all the varieties of diamonds. By lunch time I'd picked out an exquisite 3 stone design which they told me thay'd have ready ASAP. They called me within 5 days and I (discreetly) picked up the ring. It looked amazing!I was so happy I'd decided to wait to have it made specially. That day I reserved us a special dinner and afterwards, we took a walk through central park where I proposed to her just like I'd always planned. Well, she said yes! We're getting married this March.
