I had a great experience using this company for my newborn's passport and my 6 year old's passport renewal. I didn't have time to make an appointment/wait all day at the passport agency so we came here, they completed all the paperwork and walked me through the whole process. Voila the passports were available for us to pick up less than a week later... they were also nice enough to drop the passports off at my husband's office in midtown at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

SCAM DONOT USE THEM. THEY DONOT HAVE A LICESENSE TO PROCESS

***WARNING*** This Place is a Scam. I did my Passport with them and they called me back the day i was suppose to pick up my passport. They said i have to go to the Passport agency on Hudson St by 3:00pm. Mind you it was 1:00. They told me to lie to them about where I went to process the passport. 20 min later I get a call from someone at the State Department asking questions about my transaction. Where i went how much it cost, who i spoke to. They are under INVESTIGATION and they DO NOT have a license or the authorization from the State Dept to file for Passports or VISAS. ****DO NOT USE THEM***
