Best Walking Tours in Town
by Mike L 2
I just wanted to share with everyone how much Becky and I enjoyed Marty's Harlem Walking Tour. We had always wanted to visit Harlem on one of our weekend trips to NYC and happened to see a news article discussing this tour! It was fascinating, fun, and being history buffs, we truly had a great time.
Spending an afternoon with Marty is a treat, and an informative one at that.

Each tour unique and engaging

I just went on my fifth or sixth tour with Marty. It was my second Jewish Harlem tour, and much of the information was unique, and not repeated.
I especially recommend the Brooklyn Bridge walk for a very meaningful history lesson.
BROOKLYN BRIDGE AND GREENWICH VILLAGE
by BOB BICKERMAN
On each of our last two annual trips to New York we enlisted Marty Shore ( Manhattan Walks) for a guided tour. The first was the Brooklyn Bridge and parts of Brooklyn followed up this year with a tour of Greenwich Village. Previously we have taken many tours on our own, looking at guide books and spending half the time trying to figure out if we are really looking at what is described in the book. Marty took great effort to make our tour educational and enjoyable. We have made a walking tour part of our annual visit to the Big Apple.
