Tips for Statler Grill

Waiter needs retraining. The food was delicious but our waiter needs retraining in how to treat the patrons. We stopped by prior to the Bon Jovi concert on 3/5/11 and spent the entire time having a waiter totally ignore us. He was too busy flirting with the table of 7 women across from us. The best service came from the young lady who was servicing all the tables with water, etc. She brought us our food, we needed to ask her to get us something to drink as our waiter NEVER came back to the table after taking our order. The young girl even got us our check.....needless to say, we gave her a tip for her EXCELLENT service! We never saw our waiter again. Your food is great but your male waiters need to be retrained. I found being ignored to be extremely rude and this, in itself, will stop me from ever going to the Statler Grill again.
