Finally a business that does what it promises. I have tried various types of hair removal places that promised results that didn't pan out. I have blonde hair and the laser was a waste of time and money and money and more money. Nancy's Abracadabra got rid of my hair! They explained the process, didn't give me a run around and set real expectations. Over time, just like Nancy said, my unwanted hair is gone! Thank you Nancy and thank you Abracardabra.

THIS IS THE BEST!. I have been to other hair removal places in the past and know that this is the best permanant hair removal. I felt very comfortable. They took the time to explain the complete process and show all of the sterilization techniques they use. In just a few short weeks I already see a great reduction in my hair growth. I am SO happy.

Experienced, Professional, Comfortable Hair Removal. I have been seeing Nancy at Abracadabra for almost a year. I have been dealing with thick, uwanted facial hair for my entire life, and since seeing Nancy, it has become noticeable thinner. Nancy is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional, and is the only electrolysis who explained to me in detail how the treatments worked. She makes me feel extremely comfortable, and is always available to accomodate my schedule. I definitely recommend her services.

Best facial i've ever had!.
I've been having electrolysis for the last 4 months with Leah, and i have had excellent results to the treatment!
She also gives excellent facials to my wife, her skin glows after her treatment, try her, you won't be disappointed!!

Terrible - left black-and-blue bruise. Have had electrolysis treatments elsewhere over the years. The first 2 times here with Leah were fine - some redness after, but it subsided quickly. On my 3rd visit Leah seemed to insert the needle deeper than previously and to my extreme displeasure when I got home I noticed a black-and-blue bruise about 1cm long x 1/2cm wide under my lower lip - VERY noticeable, VERY ugly. It's now 4 days later - gradually fading but still unsightly. Cover-up doesn't work. Never had bruising ever before. This is careless technique - don't go there - you don't want any bruises!

Ask the Expert. This black and blue can happen and usually is a result of the electrologist pressing on the clients skin to get a proper insertion It is usually a thumb print. It is not the result of careless technique. We invited you into show us your black and blue and you said it wasn't worth you going out of your way to show us since it was already almost gone.

Permanent hair removal with great comfort&professionalism. Nancy at Abracadabra is the first and the last person who worked on my facial hair. I'm not going to look for anybody else because she is the only one I trust. Nancy gently and patiently removed my unwanted hair. Not only she is a professional hard working responsible person but also a great friend who makes you feel comfortable by taking her time for you. She will accommodate your schedule and always will make you happy! I'm lucky i found Nancy and would recommend her to everybody who needs to get rid of facial or body hair. Long term great results. I am pleased to say that I am nearing my hair free goal. The only sad part will be not having a reason to continue to work with Nancy. She has been great through this whole experience. I see facials are now being offered, so I will try those next.

PEER REVIEW..NANCY IS SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST. As an electrologist and hair removal book author, I know technique is very important. I needed some areas treated that I could not see well to remove the hairs myself. I have had other people treat these areas and I found Nancy Star to be the best. My eyebrow area, some hairs on the back of my once very hairy arms, are now gone forever. If you’re worried about the sensation, I didn’t feel anything. The only permanant hair removal that's worked for me!.
I'm a fair-skinned, Italian woman & facial hair has always been an embarrassing & unruly problem for me. Because of my light skin & dark hair, I was told I was a perfect candidate for laser hair removal.
After about 10 treatments & $2,000, I still had a full beard & mustache!
I had tried electrolysis years ago & it was very painful. My skin is sensitive & I got very swollen & scabbed badly.
I had resolved to getting waxed every couple weeks for over 10 years.
After some convincing, I started seeing Nancy about 1.5 yrs ago. I have had treatments now with Nancy & Jillian. I love them both! I told Nancy about my history & she is very careful to use a needle for sensitive skin & use a lower setting. Low & behold, something finally worked!!! The pain is minimal, but absolutely worth it! I trust Nancy completely & I'm still astonished that I'm almost (facial) hair-free! We have a few more treatments to go & I can't tell you how thrilled I am.
