these guys know what their doing!!. I was a little leary about calling rotorooter,so I called a plunber first....What a mistake that was.rotorooter showed up and they were very polite and professional and knew exactly what they were doing,one of the guys asked if there are children in the house,when I responded yes...he said baby-wipes....he pulled a part of a tree root with.....you guessed it,baby-wipes stuck to it.....I need a clean-out installed and these guys got the job,for sure.Very happy I called RotoRooter and will use them again...

Most Professional and Prompt!. In my time of need, I contacted 4 plumbing companies to get information. One did not call me back and two wanted to charge me $155 just to come out since it was after hours. Roto Rooter did not. They treated me with professionalism and respect the whole way and delivered on their guarantee on time. When the gentleman (RON) showed up, it took him about 20 minutes to clear the clogged drain, explaining things as he went and let us know things to do to prevent it from happening again. I was very pleased with how i was treated with professionalism, respect and courtesy through out the whole experience. I will definitely use them again when i need them!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2-25-2001. Our experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent.The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked quickly, efficiently and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner as well as provide useful tips and information for maintenance on the problem area. The online coupons were very nice as well.

roto-rooter, modesto,ca. Roto-Rooter came to my rescue on a Sunday night. Our kitchen sink was clogged. They very very prompt in getting a service technician out and also kept us informed as to when he would arrive.
