It is amazing service, a our sewage backed up at 10 pm on Sunday night. I assumed we would have to wait till the next day, and our newly renovated basement would eb ruined. But someone from Roto rooter came within 40 min of our call.
Not only the problem was corrected withing next 30 min, we were shown how to fix that issue in the future and got an advise on how best to clean up the basememnt mess.
It was like magic.

Rooting for Roto-Rooter in New York!

A backed up sewer over Thanksgiving weekend is no fun. Finding someone to fix it is even more challenging. Roto-Rooter came to the rescue! Two very knowledgeable workers fixed the problem AND told me how to work with my town sewer department to assess the damage.
Over a week later the SAME Roto-Rooter worker gets on the phone with me (several times) to help me work more effectively with the town sewer department to fix my problem.
What company does that anymore?
