Excellent employes and very good personnel. Stayed for an overnight flight and was more than expected. Very closed from the JFK airport!!!

Make sure you go to the RIGHT Hilton. There are two airport Hilton's very close to each other and we ended up at the wrong one. Concierge helped us transfer to the other one.

The great news is they have a shuttle. The lobby and lounge areas are nice & clean and fresh, but the room I experienced was smelly and a dirty toilet and thick layer of dust on the light & mirror

Get to federal circle and then call for the shuttle. It took 25 minutes from the time I got my bag to the time I got in my room

Food and restaurant service was better than I expected. pleasant surprise . I'm Working w/ Resorts World Casino New York so I'm here for three weeks. I'll keep y'all posted on what's what.

Rooms are a little outdated (decor), but a fine place if you need a hotel before an early flight.
