Anyone have any issues making an appointment the last couple weeks? I have one more session with them and they have not returned my call. I think they are going through renovations, but any insight would be great.

Great place and experience!!!. I have gone to Rejuva Nation 3 times now for Botox and each time has been great!

The office is nicely decorated, and it felt very comfortable to be there for a medical procedure. The staff are wonderful- Brenda is excellent with the administration of the Botox. She answered all my questions the first time I was there and was a bit nervous, and she put me at ease. The results were great, and I have continued to go back as touch ups are needed. Brenda remembered me from months ago, including details from our previous discussions (that had nothing to do with the procedure, just little life details). Great for customer service!

I will continue to go back and will recommend Rejuva Nation to others!

five stars for medical care, customer service, best skincare. the taxi dropped me off at the door. the building is clean and attractive, and the elevator took me to the 2nd floor where i easily found suite #10. i entered a white, nicely decorated mini-suite and was greeted by a receptionist who was nicely dressed, who made immediate eye contact with me and who focused on me. she established the purpose for my visit, brought me a refreshment, and smiled. she was courteous as i waited. jessica, the aesthetician, pleasantly greeted me and took time out of her schedule to sit with me in the reception area to introduce herself, to welcome me and to ask questions about my purpose for being there. she offered to refresh my beverage.

moments later, brenda bergen, r.n. arrived and welcomed me as she was going to be providing services for me this evening. moments later, her allergen company administrator arrived. they were cordial, sat with me to solidify my comfort level and provided much appreciated education about the procedures i'd be receiving. i received botox and juviderm and was astonished at brenda bergen's expertise at delivering these treatments. i felt immediately that i was in the best hands. i was not made to feel uncomfortable for addressing age-related concerns with my skin. brenda and her colleague were diligent, attentive and informed. i experienced no notable discomfort and after several sites that were treated, was relaxed and left the office to hand shakes and a warmth. is this really new york city? the experience was a five star experience due to customer service and credentials backed up by bedside manner the likes of which i've not experienced in many years. the environment is private and pleasant. i will return and have told several friends to make appointments! i have received these treatments in laguna niguel, ca., san francisco,ca, scottsdale, az, and chicago, ill. brenda bergen who is not only an r.n. but also a dentist delivered the most impeccable care and delivered nearly pain free injections. her area sites were right on for me. i have emailed friends from all over the country to encourage them to see brenda bergen. having experienced top notch services of this kind in different parts of the country i am impressed that an r.n./dds is providing this care. first class customer service, first class services!

Great Spa. I recently had juvederm at rejuva nation medi spa. It was a great experience. The staff was professional and friendly. The results were fabulous.

Love This Place. I had my first Botox treatment here. The staff was friendly and professional they answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable. The office was clean and beautiful. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would and the gap between my eyebrows is GONE!!!

NOT GOOD NOT SANITARY. This place is not run in a sanitary way. I walked into the "treatment room" which is really just a dingy closet and there were *****BLOODY GAUZE PADS****** all over the table from the ***previous patient***. Someone should call the health department! What is worse is that a girl I know told me that their "doctor" is not a doctor?

She's a dentist.

Cant Wait To Go Back. I had Juvederm and a Microdermabrasion at this spa. First I had a Microdermabrasion with Elizabeth who was so knowledgeable and sweet. My skin was glowing. Then I had Juvederm in my lips. They explained all of the risks and complications and they also told me that each person is different with how long it lasts. My lips look great now that everything has settled and I am really happy with the results. I will definately go back when I need a touch up.

BEST PLACE EVER. This place is amazing, it is clean, professional and reasonably priced. The staff is so friendly they made me feel so comfortable. My Skin was glowing after my facial and the Botox I had on my forehead lifted my eyebrows and made me look five years younger. I am going to spend all of my extra money there!

Wonderful Experience. This place is great. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. The service is exceptional. They go beyond the norm to make you feel extremely comfortable. They are extremely educated and experienced in what they do which made me feel extremely comfortable with the services I needed.
