Amazing Soho restaurant. The Pan-American is a great restaurant inspired by flavors from all over the Americas. I've been several times but I think I enjoy the brunch scene the most. Food is unbelievable and there is usually a good crowd in on the weekends. Because of a fire in the building they have shut down but I hear they are going to be reopening in April. I hope the best for them...anyone that hasn't been I suggest going once they are open again.

Great food for late night people. Good food and its open late for people who are out til the early morning. come by and try their dishes and you'll be hooked

best brunch in nolita. i've been to the pan american numerous times for brunch with my friends after a long night out. i always get the pan american benedict. a fresh take on an old classic. the jalapeno cheese cornbread makes the dish for me. i've also tried the squash pancakes and was pleasantly surprised with how good they were. can't wait to stumble in there again soon for brunch

Great new find in Nolita. Pan American is a great new restaurant that just opened back in December. In a great locale in the heart of Nolita - small space but cool vibe - has some good energy and feel without being too too loud or sceney. Most importantly food is delicious - great mix of north, south and Latin American cuisine. The lamb meatballs are amazing. The owner were there all night and very welcoming and attentive - can tell they really care about the guest and doing everything they can to make the place a success. We were over 30 min late for our reservation - and they still kept apologizing to us that we had to wait for a table! never had that happen in an NYC restaurant. Bottom line - if you are looking for a fun place in Nolita/Soho area for some great food and a fun but low key scene check it out. Bar is also great - if you want to grab a drink they have a ton of great freshly made custom cocktails as well.

Fresh Unique Pan American flavors. Food is amazing. Exactly what it's name is..Pan American flavors..mixed from all over the americas. Tableside Guacamole was so fresh and tasty. Also had the spicy chicken which was cooked to perfection. Had a bunch of cocktails..don't remember which ones but they were good! Be back soon :)

New Spot - Amazing!!. I came here a few nights ago and the place is legit (just opened). I had the tableside Guacamole to start things off which was bomb and then the salmon ceviche and for my entree the Arroz con Pollo Frito. Each dish was so rich in flavor. Solid bar scene also so after we all finished eating we hung out at the bar till late. I'll be back soon.
