Run Run Run !. Ok, in my wildest dreams I never believed I could be treated like this by anybody. The capes they use are terrible, they smell like they are molded, the brushes are not cleaned after use and the staff is not qualified to do even the most simple haircut you can imagine !

Please do yourself a favor and go to ANY other hairdresser in the city. I can guarantee you they will do a better job at half of the price !

Terrible service....do not bother to go there. I made an appointment for 12.30 during my lunch break. I came in and I noticed that they did not accept Credit Cards so I asked them if I should get cash now. They told me to do so. I was back within 5 min only to find out that they had given my spot to somebody who just walked in and they had the guts to tell me that I had to wait for another 30 min. or so. Still cannot believe this actually happened.

Hair Becomes Art at Tres Jolie Beauty Boutique. Dale is a true artist who creates style, beauty and magic with scissors and a comb. I've never been disappointed and trust her to make me look great!

The last time I was there, I didn't make it down the block without people stopping me to compliment my cut. If I was single I probably would have gotten a few dates! :)

Tres Jolie may be your first and last stop in the quest for the best salon and top notch hair care!

Fantastic Cut, Color and CURL. Whenever Dale does my hair, I know it's going to be AWESOME--and I have a long list of compliments to prove it :)

Best Scalp Massage and Haircut in the City. I am a model in NYC, so I constantly need to change my look, especially for photo shoots, and always keep my haircuts fresh and clean. I live in Chelsea and found a new salon that opened on my block while walking my dog the other day. The assistant Maurice, gave me the best scalp massage, and sat me down in Christine's chair. She was lively and energetic and made me feel comfortable. I told her i was looking for a new look and she went over ideas with me. 30 minutes later, I walked out feeling great and looking GOOD. I even got compliments at the photo shoot! I highly recommend Christine and Tres Jolie to anyone looking for a fresh new look.

My hair has finally found a home!!. I recently stumbled upon Tres Jolie walking around chelsea with a friend last Saturday afternoon. We had been in search of a place to have a pampering day of beauty for the longest time, but always found something wrong with each place we encountered. Upon entering, we were greeted with smiling faces and immediately fell in love with the vibe we got from this place. My stylist Christine was amazing, and totally transformed my color and cut into hair i never knew i had!! My friend went to Dale, the owner, and loved the way she worked her magic on her coarse, curly hair. After 3 hours of color, cuts, and great conversation, we walked out of there like new women!! The decor was trendy, but cozy and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Just what we had been searching for! Tres Jolie for life!!

Most welcoming salon in NYC. Recently went to Tres Jolie for a cut and highlights and had such a great time I had to review! I felt so comfortable with all the stylists! It was truly a pleasure to relax and get my hair done. The highlights are the best I have ever had - perfect light blonde color (I have light brown hair) and they look so natural! I have thick bangs, so I was worried that it would look too streaky and fake - it looks fabulous! Thank you Tres Jolie!
