Besides the inconvenient location in East Elmhurst, they clean your clothing in the Laundromat next door! When I was picking up my suit on Saturday, I saw how one of the Iris’s workers was taking an enormous amount of blue bags from the cleaner to Laundromat next door to have them cleaned there. I will never trust any expensive item from my wardrobe to be cleaned at Iris. AVOID.

Protect your clothes and look elsewhere. They laundered and starched a brand new 100% silk shirt, which was clearly labled "dry clean only". I had been a good customer and had spent lots of money with this company, but eventually came to the conclusion that they are unprofessionals and have no sense of customer loyalty. Ubsolutely unsatisfied with Iris.

Handle with Care. A friend recomended them to me after I sent my favorite beaded blouse to be cleaned at local cleaners in Midtown who returned it with the same spot and charged me $35. They charged me $15 and the blouse came back spotless. Higly Recommended.

Quick Fix. After calling numerous services, Iris Cleaners was the only cleaner who would do a last minute pick up for a fashion emergency! They were a bit pricey (but I called at 4 and by noon the next day I had my dress ready). They were prompt and professional.

Attention to detail. Use them religiously for all my drycleaning needs. The first time I started using them I gave them specific instructions on how I wanted my drycleaning done and have never had an issue since. They are very professional and I continue to use their service regularly

INCOMPETENT. LIARS. BE WARNED. These people are incompetent and LIARS. They damaged my clothes and made no apologies for it. Ruined my dress shirt. Big mistake! Never again. Not only do they not know how to clean your clothes, they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't remember when you scheduled a pick up or a drop off and when things go wrong, they take no accountability for anything that goes wrong with your clothes.

Also they do not have a store front in the Manhattan address listed here. They are located in East Elmhurst Queens. That should tell you something right away.

not so great as it seems. The service I received was unbelievably bad. I dropped off four items for dry cleaning and only three were returned to me. One of those three items was a brand new sweater which I had worn twice. It was returned to me with a hole on one side and a spot on the other. When I pointed out these issues, I was told I must be mistaken because this just doesn't happen. There are other reviews on this site that mention a lost item, so clearly such things happen. I strongly recommend you find another dry cleaner. I will not use this place again.

Handle w Care. Once a week I send them all my dress shirts and my wife sends her stuff as well. Highly recommend them for any dry cleaning and wash and fold. Reliable and convenient

Special Care. I have my authentic Indian dresses and other cleaners have either turned me down or ruined parts of it. Iris Cleaners took on the task and return my dresses without any damage while removing the stains! They are my cleaners. They also delivered my clothes with no hassle and on time

Convenient. I was looking for a company that could clean my dresses both for work and personal occasions. I use Iris a couple of times month because they can be trusted with my most precious items. Also they have made exceptions for me by scheduling late pickups and drop offs,to work around my schedule. Awesome job.
