the real deal trainer!. Training with Alex greatly compliments my dance and yoga lifestyles. He brings a strong knowledge of anatomy into our workouts in a relevant and non-intimidating way. His workouts are vastly better than workouts I've done with other trainers in that I trust his knowledge and know he puts a great deal of thought into what every client needs in order to get the most out of their workout. Our sessions helped me build strength and pinpoint areas to focus on in order to prevent injury in my other forms of movement. My shoulders, hamstrings and I are thankful!
trainer for best results. Working out with Al has kept my body toned and lean. As a model Al understands that I need to keep my body strong but cant bulk up. He uses a mixture of cardio and strength training with light weights and a lot of reps. Working out with Al involves working the entire body, not just the arms or legs. Now I have a lot of confidence going on castings or modeling bikinis. I know that my body looks great and I have alot of energy too. He also has a relaxed attitude and is very easy to talk to. I'm very glad that Al is my trainer.
I have 4 herniated discs. For years I have suffered from back pains. I was so debilitated that, at times, I needed to be hospitalized. I have tried everything under the sun - new beds, pillows, physical therapy, pain killers, massages and acupuncture. I am happy to have finally found someone who can make it better.
I've been working with Alex to train my back and core strength to correct my posture for several months, and I must say that I feel very lucky to be working with him. The pain has subsided in frequency and intensity. I was actually able to go snowboarding this past weekend (something unthinkable to me just a few months ago) and I know this is because of the good work that I am doing with Alex. He is honest, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend working with him.
Amazing Personal Trainer!. Working with Alex has been a really great experience. He has a wealth of knowledge about the human body which is so helpful to someone like me who lives an active lifestyle of practicing Yoga + 3 different kinds of Martial Arts and is sometimes over-trained and/or injured. Alex doesn't just work around my injuries, he really helps me overcome them and strengthen my body in order to prevent them. He has also helped me improve my strength and stability, as strength training has always been a weakness of mine. The workouts vary with Alex and he finds ways of making the session fun and challenging. I really recommend him as a trainer to anyone whether they are just becoming active or an athlete looking to get past a plateau.
