BEST MMA SCHOOL EVER!!

My husband has been a student at Jungle Gym for over a year and has benefited immensely! From losing weight, lowering his blood pressure and improving his overall well-being, Jungle Gym has completely changed his life for the better. After seeing his success I too decided to join Jungle Gym and I absolutely love it! I was nervous about joining because last year I had spinal implant surgery and have rods from my neck to tailbone limiting the mobility in my spine. I didn’t think that I would be able to do something mixed martial arts. However, one night when picking up my husband from the gym Coach Pat convinced me to just come and try it out and said that I could work at my own pace so the next day I went for a trial class and I am so glad that I did! The coaches are beyond amazing!! They are extremely knowledgeable and have been so helpful with my condition. They understand my limitations and have taught me how to modify certain positions when necessary. The other students at JG are great also, they are always willing to help each other out and work as a team rather unlike other schools I have tried in the past. At Jungle Gym it is not all about being competitive (although they do encourage participation of all students in tournaments such as Grapplers Quest where they have record highs in student enrollment compared to other MMA schools) but about learning to live a better lifestyle as a Martial Artist. I have made many great friends at JG and it’s a fun learning environment where your peers and your coaches become your second family. Lastly, as for the pricing I would have to disagree with the comment below because they are def. not in it for the money, they honestly care about you and your training. The cost was an honest concern for my husband and I as a young, newlywed couple trying to save to purchase a house but from our perspective the price is the same range as many MMA schools the only difference is the higher quality of training and personalization. We both train 5 days a week (like many most students) and it works out to only a few dollars a day! But most importantly, it is not your typical run-of-the-mill school. At JG every coach knows each student on an intimate and more personal level. As a student at JG if you miss a couple days of classes they are calling your phone to check in on you to make sure that everything alright. Most schools don’t care if you go to the classes or not as long as they are getting their monthly payment, but not at JG. Here the coaches are passionate about their students and want to see each student succeed and ensure that with a little dedication every student is capable of achieving their black belt.

Martial Arts for Kids

My son hated gym class and basically any physical activity. Leaving the house to play outside was unheard of. I needed to do something FAST. The Jungle Gym has been an absolutely wonderful experience for myself and my son. The classes are so fun for him and it is great to see him active. He even just recently competed in his very first tournament! I was so happy with the results I recommended the school to some of his friends, who are now part of his Jungle Gym Team!

Great School! Great Location!

Right off Exit 16 on i95 in New Rochelle The Jungle Gym s the perfect location for me. Right in-between where i live and where i work, so after work i can get some great training in and then i am home in a flash. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Best Shape of MY LIFE

Before joining the jungle gym i alway thought i was in good shape i always played sports all my life.I actually ran a half marathon and completed it in a decent time. so you could say i thought of my self as an athlete.Since joining the gym i have lost 20 lb. and now i can say that the training at theJungle Gym would allow me to now finish that half marathon with no problem. The jungle gym has put me in the best shape of my life!

Great classes even better coaches i love it!!! I can't say enough about how great my experience has been. If anyone is looking for a Martial Arts School come to the Jungle Gym in New Rochelle. Will be the best decision you ever made.
