Great service for first time buyer!. Buying some real estate in a crowded area like NYC is a tough challenge. You can do it yourself but I truly believe you should hire a specialist whenever you can because you avoid making bad deals and ending up crying like I’ve seen so many people do. I was fortunate to rely on good information from someone who was knowledgeable about the market and avoid those silly mistakes. Before moving from Tampa in Florida where I lived, my business associate gave me his Elika Associates business card and told me to call them which I did. I gave them my specs and preferences and in a very short time they had more than 5 beautiful condos for me that matched my needs. A week later I was in NYC to visit the condos and make my final choice. I highly recommend Elika Associates because they are the real deal, they know their stuff and will find real gems in NYC for you in no time.

The Best in New York City Real Estate Agents!. My wife and I finally made the big move to New York several months back. What led up to that move were quite a few curve balls and mass confusion by trying to do the research on our own. We finally decided we needed a buyers advocate in the form of a reputable New York city Real Estate Broker who would be looking out for our best interests and try to get us the property at the best price possible. We found just what we were looking for in Elika Associates. I spoke with Gea, the primary broker and owner. He was very helpful in getting the ball rolling and set us up with one of his agents. Samantha was our buyer agent and she worked diligently to find just the right mix of the components we were looking for in our new home. She listened to all of our concerns and provided quite a few helpful tips to guide us along the process. One of the things that I really appreciated is that this company recognizes the value of their clients. They are truly more concerned about getting the best price on the home as opposed to getting the highest commission...very refreshing! If you are looking for best of the best in New York City Real Estate Agents then I recommend Elika Associates.

These Guys Know Their Stuff!. I was helping my mom move back closer to her sister and my aunt told us all about Elika Associates. I'm so glad she did. They were so helpful to us. So if you need help finding real estate in NY, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.

Elika - a Real Estate Buyers Dream. I am blown away by the attention to detail, level of service, and unique perspective you receive when you work with Elika Associates (Gea and the entire wonderful staff) for purchasing NY real estate.

Since they only represent the buyer, you benefit from a unique level of commitment and focus that other realtors simply cannot match. At no poin in the process did I have to worry that the seller's interest would trump my own.

I wasn't shown endless places, the staff of Elika vetted them very, very thoroughly and I only saw 3 places before making my choice. Before they even started the search, they asked an extensive list of questions, took tons of information, and used my preferences to narrow down the list of potential properties to a handful of choices, based on exactly what I wanted.

The whole process couldn't have been easier for me. It really couldn't. By using Elika, I saved so much time and money - they really are a real estate buyer's dream. From me, they come very highly recommended.
