I highly recommend InnerPC. Technician are knowledgeable and patient and try to work with you for your personal use of the computer.

They are honest and trying to find the best solutions for great deals. And most of all, they will visit your home, therefore, it is very convenient for anyone. And the fees are reasonable for what they have to offer.

InnerPC came through again. I needed help with excell and word and the technician came to my home and gave me a very thorough lesson. Fair price and a ton of value. They have also help me perform data recovery on my old machine. This is the 5th time I have used them. They are great! Thanks Again.

The first thing I said to Dan was "I am ready to throw this thing out the window" and he calmly replied "Don't do that." He came the next day and took the thing away -- it was so slow my teeth hurt while I waited, it got hot and shut down, it was unresponsive for minutes, which we all know feels like hours when you are trying to get something done. Argh.

When he brought back my laptop 3 days later, it ran -- it runs! -- like a new machine. Sleek and obedient and quick and cool. All my stuff is still there. He reconnected my printers. I couldn't find a cable he needed to install one of them and he ran out and bought one! And just before he left there was a flicker on the desktop (I have for a long time suspected a graphics card problem) and I had to fight with him for him to let me pay him for the work he had done.

Dan is a perfectionist. I think this thing will last me another year or two (which was my goal) and when I do go out to get a new laptop, he will be at my side. What a find!

Inner PC to the Rescue. In short: Dan's the guy to call if your computer breaks down.

If you're reading this, it means your computer broke. I'm sorry. It's stressful. I had the entire workings of my start up on my computer when it got a virus. I panicked. Called so many places. Researched as much as I could.

It shouldn't be so hard to find someone to fix your computer. But it is - so many people won't call you back, will lie, charge a little then add on more fees, and will take weeks to help you out. How do you separate the good from the bad?

Someone honest, smart, and reliable is a real find. Dan's a real find. Called me back immediately, answered all my questions, gave me an honest and fair estimate, and fixed everything super fast. I think it was less than a 48 hour turnaround!

Stop worrying. Don't hesitate to call Inner PC. Really. He will take care of your computer. You can trust him. The job will get done.

A Godsend. This guy is so great -- he's rescued me twice now from the brink of digital disaster. The second time I was just going to break down and buy a new computer but he fixed my old one up so it's now running like new (better than new, actually), saving me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I count discovering Dan as one of the great achievements of my life!

thorough, patient service. Dan, of Inner PC, took a rusty old computer user (me) and took the training wheels off of a new computer and several new and unfamiliar operating systems. He has also brought my whole at-home set-up to a new state of the art status. He has also made me completely comfortable asking all kinds of questions - whether stupid or brilliant. I'm on my way!

Great Service - No Complaints. After a mutual decision that the repair cost would be nearly the price of a new computer, I decided to purchase a new laptop rather than go through with the repair. Dan graciously allowed me to rent one of his laptops for several weeks, at a very low rate, while I searched for and ordered a new laptop. Service was prompt and friendly, would certainly recommend to anyone needing computer repair.

Inner PC did a Great Job. Dan was great about calling me with updates as to what was wrong with my laptop, and explaining what the problems were. He was sensitive to cost issues (i.e., why fix it if buying a new laptop made more sense), and charged a reasonable rate. I certainly would go back to Inner PC.
