I had a hard drive failure, they came to me to take a look, assessed the problem and recommended solutions.

I highly recommend InnerPC, they did a great job, treated me with respect, resolved my computer issues, fixed up the computer better than I expected and even helped me to set up a back up system so when I get too lazy to do it myself it is already running on its own.

I would call them again and recommend them to any one who is looking for any type of help with their computers. They are friendly and helpful with everything. I didn't expect them to come to me and was pleasantly surprised at the personal service.

Set up our new iMac with two operating systems and transferred data from old PC hard drive after motherboard died. It works great, all files are here and technician was very helpful and thorough. Would recommend.

InnerPC provides first-rate service and quality repairs. I recommend them very highly.

I called InnerPC when I discovered that my computer was crashing. Dan was extremely helpful and personable. He came over the afternoon I called and provided me with an assessment of what he felt needed to be done. He also provided me with a detailed accurate estimate. Along the way, I was informed of the the progress being made as he worked to repair my computer. Dan also provided me with a loaner computer.

Now that my computer is repaired, I feel like I have a brand new machine. While I don't expect that I'll have to call InnerPC anytime soon, when I next have a computer issue they will be the ones I call!

This is the third time that I've used MyInnerPC and these guys are the BEST! Colin did a GREAT job; it feels like having a new computer, every problem I was having is resolved. Period. The professionalism, the competance, the knowledge, the skill level and above all, the desire to have a satisfied customer makes this company absolutely impossible to beat; this is service with a personal touch that you're never going to find with some large, computer repair franchise. You simply cannot find better. These guys are the best. Really.

Hi, my name is Colin. I called InnerPC to come repair my computer on the Upper East Side and they were great! They scheduled an exact time rather than the ridiculous 3 to 5 hour block that some companies give and they showed up perfectly on time. They got me set up quickly and without talking down to me about all the techy stuff and now my computer is working great!

I would definitely recommend InnerPC to a friend.
