Amazing dentist with an amazing personality. When I moved to New York City I knew I would need a qualified dentist to help me with my teeth. As a recent MBA graduate I was rejoining the work force but prior to my professional career I had been a boxer. My teeth were not horrific but they were by no means beautiful. Through the course of two months Dr. Shadi spent hours fixing my teeth: laser whitening, cavities, bonding, veneers, to make my teeth look natural and beautiful.

I can honestly say that she is not only gifted at cosmetic dentistry but also truly cares about her patients. She is empathetic, patient, funny and charming. She is actually the kind of dentist you don't dread to see. My mother literally cried (with joy) when she visited and saw my new smile for the first time. Dr. Shadi is excellent.

Excellent dental work + attention to cosmetics. Dr. Shadi really gets NYers and our need for excellent dental work but also excellent cosmetics (it has to look good too!) She never uses silver fillings and has replaced a bunch of my old silver ones with white (which as she will tell you is also better dentistry because the white is adhesive and so you drill less of the tooth away) (I'm a good student, can you tell :) Whenever I've had cavities filled she makes sure they're in line with my other teeth and look good.

She's also great at checking in - asking you how you're doing and explaining what she's doing so that goes a long way with the trust and keeping calm in the dentist chair... Plus its like a mini vaca going up to the tower of the chrysler building.
