Euphoric!. About a week ago, I had a really nasty chest pain. Lost two nights of sleep because of it. I summed it up to it being stress related. Asked around a bit for what to do, acupuncture was suggested to me, Marjorie's name came up.

Said to myself: "Why not?"

Was a bit nervous at first, it's needles getting put into your buddy and I was always scared of 'em. Well, I'm not scared of needles anymore, thanks to Marjorie.

The experience was so soothing, you NEVER feel a thing. Well, you do feel this euphoria coursing through every fiber of your being BUT it's definitely a good thing. I felt every single muscle in me just relax, all my tension seemed to dissipate.

It's definitely not just the needles that do the job, it's the person behind them that makes it even more worthwhile. Simply meaning, Marjorie makes you feel at home. It's as if she's family. She's a great listener for all your woes and gives good advice too.

I left feeling as if I was a new person, reborn. So much energy, so much better.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend you see her at once!

I am now a believer!. After years of occasional physical therapy and stretching my lower back pain was still bothering me. A friend suggested I try acupuncture and to go see Marjorie. A bit apprehensive walking in there, Marjorie's bedside manner made me instantly comfortable. She is a great listener and very easy to talk to. I left feeling much better and have continued to feel better over the past two weeks since my visit. My 4 star rating is simply because I haven't been to any other acupuncture therapists but I don't feel like there is a need for me to try anyone else.

Amazing!!. I have treated a few times for severe complaints of back and neck pain over the past year. Every time I have received a treatment from Ms. O'Connor, I am amazed at how much my pain subsides and I'm able to resume my day to day living. She has saved me from being incapacitated on these occasions and it's wonderful having that type of relief without the use of prescription drugs. I truly recommend Ms. O'Connor as she is not only great at her trade, but she offers compassion and caring that you don't always get with health care providers. Highly recommended.

Acupuncture. I was referred to Marjorie by a friend. I went to her for Acupuncture. I suffer from constant upper back pain. I always have knots and a lot of stress and tension in my upper back. I also have a very poor digestive system(colon problems).I was nervous and did not know what to expect. I felt like the massage services i was getting were not enough, and that acupuncture would be an interesting and a new approach to try. When i arrived at her office she greeted me in a warm smile and a polite manner. The room was serene..filled with music and aromatic smells (oils). At first she asked me general medical questions as i filled out paper work and then in depth questions in terms of what i wanted to work on during the session. She was very professional and polite. Then she explained the procedure with confidence and grace. As well as answered any questions/ re-assured all of my concerns. She was patient, kind, and listened to my long list of complaints/health history (i may have abused that privilege!). She is very intuitive throughout the session and always asked about my comfort levels and what felt good to me. She was very in tune with what would work for me. When one method didn't work, she tried another to best fit my needs. She made me comfortable in her serene room and it wasn't awkward at all (that was one of my worries initially). We talked about her profession and she seemed very knowledgeable, dedicated, and educated in her field. She was very gentle with the needles and i barely felt a thing (one of my biggest concerns was pain from the needles). I left the office feeling refreshed, euphoric, and relaxed, all feelings i hadn't experienced in a while. I felt as if all the toxins were flushed out of my body. I got the impression that Marjorie is very spiritual person and has a personality. She is definitely passionate and loves her job. She was a real pleasure. I will definitely go back for more!

Healing Hands. I have had the pleasure to receive acupuncture treatments from Ms. O'Connor. She combines a gentle spirit and tactile intuition with her healing hands. I was surprised to discover the experience to be relaxing as well as therapeutic.

The days after treatment were improvements, and because of this residual benefit I highly recommend Marjorie Ruth O'Connor.

WATSU say? You haven't tried a WHATSU?. I can not say enough. The entire experience was AMAZING!

I had recently experienced some trama in my life before seeing Marjorie. From the moment I entered the water, it was as if I all the weight was lifted.

I left feeling refreshed, energized, and hopeful.

I told her then, and still believe, that she has a gift. I can't even come up with something to compare it to. I would highly recommend Marjorie and WATSU!

Prenatal Acupuncture. At 41 weeks into my pregnancy I was informed by my doctor that I might need induction to go into labor. Not wanting a medical induction I called Marjorie who reassured me that acupuncture could help. Marjorie arrived at my home promptly each morning leading up to my daughter

Prenatal WATSU. I first saw Marjorie for a WATSU treatment in the 2nd trimester of my twin pregnancy. It was a wonderful experience floating in the warm water, assisted by Marjorie. It not only was incredibly relaxing, but my pregnancy aches/pains were alleviated by this gentle, effective, water massage. Marjorie is very professional and is not only very skilled in WATSU, but is also an acupuncturist and social worker.

Amazing!. I got the pleasure of working with Marjorie and one of her greatest characteristics is her amazing compassion and dedication towards her patients and her passion for acupuncture. Working with her was such a pleasure and I've seen first hand what an amazing healer she is. I definitely recommend this lady!
