Great place, i love the facial and the whole stuff is super nice.I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to all of my face.I love the way my skin now, i give 5 starts!!!!

There is no one there to pick up the phone to schedule an Appointment, and when you try to do it on there web site they want your credit card info.

Stay away. Vicky (the owner) simply does not care about the customers. The offices moved and noone even informed me about it. I showed uo at Central Park West location to face a closed door, had to jump in the cab to make it to the new location. Even though I made an appoitntment 2 weeks prior, noone knew what I was tehre for. I informed the receptionist about the details or my groupon, yet I ended up getting only 1/3 of the services because the esthtician did not realize that I have a facial, besides the body wrap. When I asked to speak to the owner to share my frustration she hand up on me.

The WORSTTTTT!!!!!. Hi,

I purcheased a facial through KGB deals for The Esthetics Resource. This was such an outrageous experience I had to write about my extreme disappointment. I called and wouldn't even be given an appointment over the phone. I was rudely told I had to make it through the website. This should have been my first red flag. When I walked in, it was so small and it just looked dirty but I decided to ride it out. I get taken to the back "rooms" which are actually just sectioned off by curtains. There is no concept of privacy here. I was told to undress and was given a laundry basket to put my stuff into. As if that wasn't uncomfortable enough, there was ONE ethetician for THREE people! For my one hour massage, my esthetician was only in the room with me for 20 minutes tops and the other 40 minutes I was just laying there bored. I could hear her conversations with all of the other clients since we were only seperated by cutains, it was just so weird. When she was actually with me, the receptionist ripped opened my curtain while I am laying there half naked to ask the ethetician if she could work on saturday! Then the ethetician's cell phone starts ringing! I mean it was just the most horrible most unprofessional scene you could imagine and I did not expect this from a mid-town 5th avenue location. The low quality "CVS" products were the least of my worries as the ethetician is going back and forth between us three clients without even WASHING HER HANDS!! It was just so unsanitary I wouldn't go back here if I were paid. I just hope no one contracts a disease from this disgusting place!! I wish I could give ZERO stars!
