BEST Gluten Free Wedding Cake!!. Maurico blew our expectations out of the water and with an amazing almond chocolate gluten-free cake! It was by far the most delicious GF baked good my wife and I have ever eaten. Our guests didn't even realize the cake was flourless!

Additionally, the presentation was absolutely flawless. We could not have been happier :)

Superb Supper. I asked Mauricio Londono, owner/chef of Ambrosia Fine Food and Catering, to prepare and serve a casual Sunday supper for myself and 10 friends. He created a beautiful and delicious meal for us. Starting with the simple salad of baby arugula and heirloom tomato quarters -lightly cooked- and the most tasty virgin olive oil dressing I've ever had. The entree consisted of salt-crusted breast of duck - that looked and tasted like thinly sliced filet mignon! Served with a mixture of crunchy wild rice and red rice from Tibet. And fresh, perfectly cooked, tender fresh green beans. All ladled over with

a reduction of duck juice, red wine, fresh apricots and dates. Mouth-watering flavors is an understatement. Dessert was a refreshing lemon sorbet -made by the chef. You can imagine why my simple supper was a huge success.

Extremely Tasteful & Tasty. After meeting with various catering services around Manhattan, I decided to hire Ambrosia to cater a corporate wine & cheese event at my firm. Chef Mauricio worked with my budget and style to produce a both tasteful and tasty event for +100. Needless to say everyone was more than pleased with the amazing cheese selection/display, wines and passed hors d' oeuvres. I highly recommend Ambrosia for their taste level, professionalism and creativity. Thanks again!

Best Catered Party Ever!. I had a big surprise party this year, and the food was Amazing! Literally everything was delicious!

When I asked who the caterer was, I was told it was Ambrosia Fine Food & Catering.

I would strongly suggest using them to anyone!

I have been to many catered parties, where the food was just so so, but this was delicious, and beautifully presented!

The staff was wonderful, and I was totally pleased all the way around!

I look forward to using them again and again!
