OMG this place is fantastic. First off when you step in the ambeince and atmosphere is so relaxing calm and intimate. This place really is a piece of portugal in nyc. I found alfama on citysearch and used the offer for the prix fixe menu and all of the food was fantastic even the drinks were made well!!!! and also the portion sizes were great! if you are looking for real portugal food and/or a fabulous restaurant in nyc then you need to go here and the ask for denise I think shes the manager she is great as well Very helpful to my husband and I!
