Went here to have a blow our. Will never go back. They really don't know what the are doing. Had to go back home and redo it myself. Did better job. Blah...

PLEASE DO NOT GO THIS PLACE! Their customer service is horrible. I had a groupon deal which I called in advance to schedule. However, less than 24 hours before the appointment date/time, they called me asking if I can reschedule since two of their girls will not be able to make it in the day of. They had even left me a VM saying extension of expiration date will be granted since nothing available within it. (The expiration date was June 20). Tonight is the appointment time, so I called several times all morning trying to get through to confirm my appt but no pickup and no call backs. Finally, I just got through and they told me that they had no appt scheduled for tonight. Then, the lady had the audacity to tell me that it was really for June 14. I told her that doesn't make sense b/c we had to extend expiration date since they had no availability prior to June 20? Plus, I explicitly remember going over the rescheduled date/time with the person then several times on the phone to make sure. June 14 was a Thursday, there was no way I had made an appt for that day b /c I was only looking for a Saturday availability. **See other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only victime***

The so called spa is a small two chairs salon. I had a 'organic' keratin done here the other day and the result is pfuffff nothing even close to the real keratin... Frustrating.

Many-pedi was 'Ok' but the girl who performed it was slappy and was dropping tools on the floor.

While having pedicure i was trying to relax but there was two men who were wandering around loughing and shooting something in Spanish...

Good.. After a long day of work thats what you exactly need!

Best Hair Removal Place. Martha is fabulous! I have been getting laser hair removal from her for a few months now with great results. I've had laser hair removal before and felt a lot of pain, but Martha's icing technique makes it absolutely painless. She is so attentive and fast, there is no recovery time and I usually head straight to work or school right after my facial treatments. The room is really clean and comfortable; the hours are great and she works with your schedule. I plan to buy many other packages from her.

Great Service & Freindly Staff. Magical Touch is great place for a day of beauty. The salon is clean and the service is great. The staff is friendly and the prices are very affordable would. I highly recommend this place..

The best. Magical Touch is one of the best places for a day of relaxion,, The location is very clean and neat, the service is awesome , the staff is amaizingly proffesional. I have a lot stress problems and thanks to Robert and Martha , i can relax and feel better, the massages are out of this world, I go to that place for all i need.. I do my hair, my nails the wax and the massages... prices are super affordable, and all the staff is very friendly ,they took their time helping you choose whats better for you... i would defenetly recomend this place... i took all my family and friends and they LOVE IT....

I l?ve it. I have gone to several different hair salons, but with no luck finding an individual who would cut/color the way I want, or even close for that matter. I was so impressed with the way Martha had color and cut my hair (the color is beautiful too) Martha took her time to help me find the perfect colors an I am so picky with my hair. But She did a fantastic job! I found my permanent hair dresser, and I am so HAPPY! :)

Thank you, The Magical Spa.. I have been a costumer of The Magical Touch Spa for a long time and I enjoy all the services this spa offers. The owner and the enployees are warm and courteus and always welcome me with a friendly smile. The magical Spa is very convinient for me since it is located in the premisses of the gym I worked out regularly. So after a good sweat !!! I walk in to the Spa and I enjoy their wonderful services.

Personal Touch and Care. Great ,Great Service.

I enjoyed a facial & Body massage witch was very relaxing.My skin was glowing after the treatment and I felt absolutely refreshed and invigorated.

Professional Staff,good package deals,Nice and clean

the best place to go!. The best place I've been to! Their service is great and their hours are very flexible. Martha is a miracle worker and knows exactly what to do with my hair! I would definitely recommend anyone to go their first. There's plenty of parking, easy to get to and affordable!
