Gabriel S. has been cutting and styling my hair for years. I moved out of the country and tried other stylists. I had a mess on my hands.I long ago decided that if I was going to be happy I had to make the trip to New York and go only to Gabriel. He rocks! My hair is very curly and frizzy too. He gives me a cut that tames all of that and I always feel beautiful. I can let it air dry or flat iron it and it is always great.

Thank you Gabriel I'll be back!

I have been going to Gabriel for over one year. Nobody can deal with my 'very curly and unruly' hair like Gabriel - always gives great cut and makes me look really good!

I am from UK and I didn't really trust any hair stylist until I met Gabriel! I was so afraid of cutting my hair but he knew exactly what I needed and wanted. I love my hair so much and he so sweet! I loved talking to him. I am definitely coming again next month to get my hair done. The price is pretty good too :)

I went a few months ago to see Gabriel after my sister had the haircut of a lifetime from him. Gabriel was great - easy to talk to, felt comfortable in the setting. He gave me a great haircut that I loved at the time. I'm writing the review just now because, I'm sure you know, how a haircut grows out is just as important! Well two months later it still looks fabulous! The prices aren't the cheapest, but with hair you get what you pay for! On the other hand, I've paid a lot more for a lot worse. I'll definitely be going back. Only tip - don't put off making your appointment, he get booked, but that should speak of his great quality!

For many years now I have endured long, boring, lifeless, damaged hair. Because I have a very angular jawline, I was often afraid to do anything too drastic from the long layered look. I came and explained my situation to Gabriel Shimunov. I told him I want something different yet not too drastic and trendy yet wash-n-go. It also needs shape my face and diminish my jawline. Did I mention healthy with volume? He replied with, "I know exactly what to do!" This was exactly what I wanted to hear from a stylist! I knew what I wanted out of a hair cut, but I didn't know which cut would fit all of that. He chopped my damaged ends and I ended up with a really cute, above the shoulder, slightly A-lined bob. I loved it!! I already scheduled my next appointment Gabriel ?

Thank you Gabriel On a friend's recommendation I reserved a haircut with Gabriel, the owner. I have very straight fine hair, which unlike curly hair leaves no room for error, so I tend to be a bit nervous about new stylists cutting my hair. I shouldn't have worried a bit because Gabriel was just great. I told him what I wanted and what has gone wrong in the past with other haircuts but he quickly put me at ease. He took off as much as I told him to, not like some places where they try and convince you to do something different or they lop off too much. I was going to a party that night so Gabriel spent the time to really glam me up. My friends totally noticed the new cut and thanks to Gabriel. Online booking is very convenient.

What a great salon. I went here with a terrible cut - previously had bad layers put in my long hair and looked like i had two separate haircuts - long and wispy with a chunky shoulder length bob. i didn't think anyone would be able to sort it out but eventually decided to go and see Gabriel at after reading these great reviews. Gabriel explained what he was going to do with my hair and made me feel like i could completely trust him. i don't know how he managed to transform my hair, but he did. the layers now blend in perfectly and the whole thing looks thicker and longer! this is exactly what i wanted since i'm trying to grow it even longer, and although i'm not going to have my hair cut for another 6 months, i'll definitely go back to Gabriel when i do. and in the mean time, it's such a nice cut that i think it will look good, even til then.

excellent haircut For many years, I have been trying to find a good hairdresser. I found one. It is Gabriel S. He is the best hairdresser you will ever meet He cut my hair to perfection. I was very pleased. His is my number one hairdresser. And I tried all the big names. Nobody equals Gabriel's expertise.

WOW, Pleasantly Surprised I recently moved to North Jersey and was in need of a good haircut. I have to preface this by saying that I am VERY selective when it comes to who I trust with my hair. I was pleasantly surprised with Gabriel. He gave me such an amazing haircut. I have long straight hair and I wanted long layers, sounds simple. However, anyone who appreciates a good hair cut understands the difficulty in getting the layers right. He did such a great job and 3 weeks later I am still loving my haircut. I have been all over the place looking for a good hair stylist. I have lived in NYC, LA, Florida, Philly, and although I have a gotten a good cut here and there, he really is the best. It's so rare to stumble upon someone who listens

Best Haircut Ever! Great Service. Gabriel knew exactly what I wanted, even without me really telling him. All I said was I need easy and clean haircut, and he did the rest.
